I like the easy access to the 15 fwy South. Customer service was friendly and professional.
I didn't like the outdated rooms. AC unit inside was dirty. Some lights not turning on. Tub and sink were missing strainers etc...

Location was great for what we were there for!
Too many homeless or drug type folks wandering property! NO HOT Water the first day and barely hot for the remainder of stay! Front Desk staff couldn’t answer when it would be repaired nor did they seem to care! Just pushed off to management! fire alarm was triggered but no information to guest about what the cause and whether to evacuate.

the proximity to downtown (with a car of course) was nice.
the bed was comfortable
the lack of a fridge
it wasn’t super clean (we saw cockroaches in the bathroom…)
and the a/c was super patched up
