Perfect hotel if your looking for a getaway

Perfect location on State street and close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Best location in SB, clean, modern and comfy stay.

The location could not be better. Right in straight street only 2 blocks from the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants.

Parking was a little complicated. Hotel valet parking was full when we arrived.

Though we loved the location; No, we would NOT stay there again!

Everything was extremely clean; the staff was very friendly & helpful: immediately addressed any concerns. Very spacious hotel lobby & outside sitting area. Convenient parking. It was an idea location: in walking distance of the shops, museums & restaurants in the Funk Zone & the wharf.

The room & bathroom were unexpectedly exceptionally claustrophobic; we were glad that we paid for the attached patio area, There were no chairs but one small stool. Except for the backless stool;, sitting was confined to the bed or outside patio area. The bed was extremely soft & painful to our backs. Definitely not the value for the money.

Fun time to get away for my birthday and enjoy SB downtown.

It was very clean and overall really nice and very comfortable place to stay! Danny was very hospitable and helpful! Thanks Danny for your kindness.

Superb

The staff was extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. The lobby is stunning yet quaint. Our room didn't have mini refrigerators, but the staff happily stored my ice packs in the employee freezer so I could make it back through TSA on the plane with my meds. The location is perfect!

I only wish our room (206), had any view other than a giant wall out the window. With that said, we only used our room as a place to sleep, not so much a place to spend much time at. In addition, Booking.com misled me into thinking I would have a balcony via the photos of the room I purchased. This was not true.

Comfortable bed, really nice front desk staff… Danny.

Absolutely NO parking. Forced to pay an additional $48 for valet parking. Room was very small, bathroom was poorly designed. No shower door and water was dangerously all over the floor. Had to use several towels to avoid water seeping into the bedroom. Doors slamming through the night and early morning. Cleaning staff knocking at the door prior to check out.

Small rooms, need more storage for two sets of luggage instead of desk and chair. Small dim night light needed for restroom so you don’t wake up other person sharing the room as the bathroom door is glass and lights up the entire room.

Location was the best

While wiping down our room with sanitizing wipes, I wipe the toilet seat, and the wipe was disgustingly brown. We told one of the staff members they basically disregarded our complaint.

it was in the middle of everything in SB! walking or biking distance - and I couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay at! Cleta and Thomas made by birthday weekend absolutely memorable! and I can’t wait to be back very soon!

Cosy and clean, central to a beautiful part of town.

Location was fantastic. Staff were super friendly.

The room was soooo much smaller than I had anticipated. We were not able to fold out our carry on size bags as the King Size bed took up nearly the entire room. We were lucky to have left our large suitcases in our rental car, otherwise we wouldn’t have had any space to move in the room.

Parking is $49 a night.

The place itself was really modern and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. The location and view were great!

The room was incredibly small. Upon arrival we learned that there is no parking besides a $49 a day valet parking available. I didn’t want to park in a sketchy area and then walk all my luggage all the way to the place so I paid the $98 for 2 nights. Good location but it wasn’t worth the discomfort. I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to stay here.

location, cool deco. staff was very nice. glad I didn’t pay the extra $50 for the upgraded room. I used the money I saved one night of parking $48.

“ warm” water in the shower, 5:30 am Saturday morning truck deliveries. bed was ok, not great. heating/AC unit in room was old, noisy, and cheap/low quality for $500+/night.
