outer doors don’t lock

Hotel was easy enough to find from highway. Front desk girl knew what all the breakfast items were. Breakfast was nice selection. Relatively quiet room.

Room was very outdated. Power button for lamp by bed was loose and didn’t work. Couldn’t get hot water at night- but in the morning there was plenty. Appeared that the bathroom sink hadn’t been cleaned- old toothpaste on sink and smudges on handles of faucet. We always carry some cleaning supplies for instances like this it but it’s disappointing to have to pay for a room and then clean it yourself. There were no washcloths left in the room so had to walk the length of the hotel to get some from front desk. No staff sitting at desk- had to ring for service.

The pool was nice.

Staff was too worried about talking to a male friend while I was getting checked in. Extremely unprofessional. Whenever my family member needed a new card to her room, she waited at the desk for 10/15+ mins waiting for someone until they realized that BOTH employees were sitting outside smoking. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. No reason why she had to wait that long for a key. We've all been coming here for 20+ years for family gatherings & will not be returning. Beds were dirty, short curly hair (what honestly looked like public hair) was all in our bedding. Disgusting.

Room had a musty smell. Worn down. TV had no cable.

The staff was great and quick to help with any questions or problems. The pool was small but very nice.

The beds were hard and the carpet throughout the hotel was dirty and stained. The work out facilities were very small and 1 of the 2 prices of equipment didn't function.

The location was very nice and there were a lot of things to do near it. The place looks like at one time it was okay. The room was spacious and the price was reasonable. They had a lot of TV channels.

It was dirty!!! It was smelly! The pool had a big hole in the middle. There was no hot-water. The headboard was loose off of the wall on the bed. The TV was small. The keys did not work. Had to go down multiple times to fix the issue. The person at the desk was sick!!!!

It was extremely dirty. Smelled terribly of smoke. Could barely open the door. Chairs were stained. Floor lamp barely standing. Extremely out dated. Staff was rude.

The lack of security. There was a young man who made the stairs his personal office. He wouldn’t move off them to let people exit to the car area or back to there room. This man was there all 4 days of our stay. Monday night he was fast asleep on the floor by the back door that is always left open. I feel when I check into a hotel I expect the hotel to be concerned about the safety of the occupants…that is not the case here. That back door needs to be locked and opened by key card that only guests or staff has. Another question…why didn’t staff check the hotel and have him leave?

It was close to where we were visiting our other family

Our mother in law came to visit for the wedding & in the back where they suggested we park there isn’t a handicapped access ramp so we had a hard time getting her in & out of the hotel

Water was hot. Towels were soft. Bed was comfortable.

Light was out over the vanity. Furniture a little rough

Friendly staff, convenient location.

Low staffing (a common problem nowadays) Could have been cleaner (again, low staffing)

The room was large and well furnished. The bed was comfortable.

The furniture was fairly worn. The shower had low pressure.
