Didn’t stay the night & will never book with that hotel ever again!!

The place smelled terrible the minute you walked in & the room smelled of urine & bed had hair in sheets, asked for refund & the clerk was helpful & had our money refunded. We went to the Holiday Inn about 2 miles from there & it was beautiful & only $50 dollars more well worth it…

Bed was comfortable easy check in good location

Clean other then the dish rag and ice trays had hair in them then they had a few bugs flying around in the bathroom overall it was clean just minor things oh and very loud on first floor

We liked the peacefulness in the area, close access to public transportation, and friendliness in the building. Cleanliness was up to standards!

The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist when we checked in. Her attitude in particular. She had a beyond quiet speaking voice. Just by simply asking if she can speak louder annoyed her.

it was dirty, television did not work, the wash cloths and towels were very dingy, the price of the hotel was definitely not worth lights on the left side of the room were inoperable!

The smell was bad. We left 2 hours into our stay because we found a bug crawling in our bed.

This hotel was more economical for an extended stay in the area. About a 20 minute drive from the university.

This hotel is conveniently located and really close to Target.

Breakfast consisted of granola bars, packaged muffins, and coffee. Although the room are equipped with a mini kitchen, there were no utensils/pots/pans. upon request from the front desk, there weren’t enough of the aforementioned for all of the rooms.

Have stayed at other extended stays, this one was very disappointing and does not meet up to par.

The nightly rate per other hotels in the area

The facilities were lacking. Lobby was always crowded with someone's personal items laid out. Our room phone cord was cut, it was never fixed. The bed sheets do not get changed..only every14 days!.. the TV needed to be unplugged daily for it to work. I will not recommend and or stay here again. We stayed 3 nights.

Worth the price I guess.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Not much of a selection with breakfast. Only 1 muffin and no lids for the coffee cups. No ice machine. Only ice trays in the freezer and you have to wait for the water to freeze. The shower took forever to heat up.

Plenty of other hotels to choose from. Clean up the smell in the rooms

Staff was very nice.

A lot of the guests where noisy a lot of arguing in the parking lot. My non smoking room stunk like an ashtray. Will never go back. Bad element in general TVs are too small

This place was just OK; I will most likely not stay there again.

The walk-in shower was the best feature of the place, but the shower wand was somewhat tricky to manage.

Breakfast offerings were very limited. As nothing was particularly appetizing, I skipped the breakfast food. The bathroom had no place to set common toiletries. However, the bathroom was large enough to accommodate a shelf or small cabinet for this purpose. The work table for my computer was somewhat small and the office chair was rather flimsy. The padded sitting chair was worn on the armrests; it should be reupholstered.

Avoid!

The staff was very courteous, professional, and friendly. Clearly above reproach.

The entire stay was pure sh!t. Everything in the hotel aside from the staff was a problem. I should have known the second I grabbed a luggage cart, and it was more flimsy than a wet paper straw, I was in for a nightmare. The door frame to our room was so warped, the door wouldn't close properly. The fridge was leaking water everywhere, 2 of the lights didn't work in the room, the toilet seat was loose, there were no plates or cookware-which was the entire reason I booked this hotel, the vending machine robbed my mother in law, I figured it was fixed the next day, because no employee unplugged it, or put an "out of order" sign on it, so I got robbed too. My room key kept needing to be reset, the wifi didn't work, turns out as I was checking out, it was because they used my middle name as my last name. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were small and flat. The entrance is clearly not designed for people trying to get luggage carts through, even though I didn't pay till I got to the hotel, I wasn't allowed to use my AAA discount, because I booked online. Like this is caveman times or something. I will never stay at this place again, even if my stay was free. I hate it. It ruined my entire vacation.
