Завтрак был хорошим Сам отель, лобби очень красивый и комната была достаточно большой

мы сняли номер на 1 день, комната была ну очень пыльной это просто ужас Обычно я не привередливая и спокойно бываю в хостелах, но тут пыль была как будто в нлмерах не жили миллион лет. Обратившись на ресепшен персонал сказал что сожалеет и предложили другой пыльный номер. Я отказалась переселятся потому что нет разницы, они ответили что у отеля дизайн такой, хотя просто слои пыли были многолетние, я просто в шоке. Персонал предложил мне выселится, хотя на улице уже было 11 ночи. Мы всю ночь чихали. На следующий день я так быстро убегала что забыла свой медицинский корсет в номере, но когда я вернулась персонал сказал что они ничего не нашли. Также в отеле не работала система карточек, приходилось на каждое передвижение звать персонал.

Hôtel confortable en plein centre-ville

La proximité centrale. La chambre. Personnel sympa.

Les SDF sur le trottoir, proches de l’hôtel, même s’ils ne sont pas dangereux. Pas de fruits au petit déjeuner, à part parfois des bananes. Le système d’ouverture des chambres par carte était en panne et devions donc faire appel à qqun pour venir nous ouvrir.

We pay good money to stay here plus the cost of getting there . Better options for breakfast

Good for the money

convenient, coffee on the house, breakfast included.

not bad but: 1- one elevator was working for 18 floors while the other elevator was left broken during our whole stay. 2- The breakfast was good but the layout of the buffet makes it crowded because of one toaster available for all guests. Having 2 more toasters in other corners will resolve the problem. The staff are nice and courteous.

Went there for GDC, was at GDC throughout the days of my stay.

Breakfast was great, had a good variety of omelets, oatmeal, even batter for waffles. The drink variety was great to, enjoyed the cranberry juice myself.

Tiniest rooms in all the other Hiltons I visited, felt extremely cramped. Shampoo bottles weren't filled completely either when I checked in. The city around the hotel was horrible, had to avoid stepping in human feces while walking the streets of Downtown San Francisco.

I would stay again!

Breakfast was fresh with a good choice of options. The room was a decent size with a great view and basic toiletries as well as fridge and safe. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The location is great if you like to do a little walking and are realistic about the homeless issues in SanFran. Otherwise you might prefer somewhere more central. There's a couple of great little restaurants nearby that have take-out options!

Check in rapido , amplitud de habitación en piso 14 y como n vez son as al Sky line, habitación amplia y luminosa , buen desayuno completo, desde hace años que me hospedo en este hotel.. nunca cambia 🥰

Las vistas desde la azotea.

La zona muy mala por los homeless dan muy mala imagen del sitio y está todo muy sucio, el personal del hotel muy antipáticos y déspotas.Tuve problemas con la limpieza de la habitación que no la hicieron después de haberlo comunicado hasta en tres ocasiones y el somier de la cama estaba roto.

Nice hotel - felt unsafe in location

The rooms were really comfortable - great shower and good beds! The breakfast is a standard American fare.

This isn’t really something the hotel can fix but we genuinely felt really unsafe going to and from the hotel. We used the back entrance on the first night to nip out for food - bad idea. The street along from the hotel is also really unsafe and overall just wasn’t a place we could stay again. The actual hotel had key card entry but our room looked over the back alley and we could hear the tannoy asking people to move on.

Strongly not recommended as a Hilton hotel

Location

Noisy fan which can’t stop for another 20min after being turned off; the front desk guy named Ron was so not friendly and helpful and tried to cover up the fan issue instead of telling the true.

There's no lift facility to climb first floor with luggage. No assistance also available to help luggage movement.

You could tell the floors have not been cleaned and the sheets had stains on them.

It was ok stay

Breakfast was basic. Muffin and bagel was nice. Rest was just ok

No microwave, no proper high definition TV or channels, no milk and good quality coffee maker and tea bags.

okay but not worth dealing with drug addicts around

+ welcoming and nice staff + Little rooftop + Room is clean + mattress was good

- Location: Sadly junkies took over this area too. Better to go up a few blocks not to have to deal with so many when walking around. - Breakfast : coffee is burnt and the rest is not that great. Ended up buying breakfast elsewhere. - Shower : pressure is not great and didn’t get hot water during the night - Pillows: too soft - view: we were overlooking a… wall

Disappointing

The reception staff who greeted us was great but not the one we saw in the morning.

Room was below expectation and not worth the price paid for. The views from the location was facing some garbage station and it was disgusting. Outside of the hotel was disgusting too as it was too dirty. And the breakfast was over before 10 with no one filling it up also there wasn't anything to eat not even milk and cereals. I will not return to this hotel nor recommend it.
