The apartment was great, it was clean and spacious and is in a great location. The check in and check out process is made very easy, and the My Space Capital team is there to answer any questions you may have. I would 100% stay here again.

Estancia buena, el departamento es amplio y bonito para quedarse. Tiene cerca una parada de autobús que te deja a 20 minutos del centro. Tiene lavadora y la sala de estar es cómoda.

The apartment is in poor condition with a heavily damaged door, leaking shower with rotten door frame, chipped paint and damaged walls through out and insufficient dish ware and cutlery for the advertised occupancy. The management did provide more although not until half way through our stay.

Decent Location and fairly close (30min walking) to Parc Guell. Managed by a company instead of homeowner. Overall experience was positive. The apartment did not seem as nice in person as it did in the pictures. Maybe we visited on a bad day but the first impression for us was a little off but overall turned out to be okay for the 2 nights we slept there. The AC in the attic area didn't work the first night we slept there but the owners were able to schedule a maintenance person to come in and fix it the next day. We slept with the doors open that night since it was pretty hot (for us).The shower in the attic bedroom also wasn't draining properly and we had to stop our shower midway and wait for the water to drain before resuming. They managed to come in and fix that as well the next day. One of the two sides of the shade awning in the little outdoor porch area was also broken and wouldnt protract properly so we didn't even bother. The bedding (sheets/pillows etc) felt pret

Nice apartment. Pretty deck area although it rained when we wanted to use it! Location has easy access to taxis. We enjoyed our stay and the only issue was we didn’t find a corkscrew for our wine! Still waiting for my deposit refund though. Hope it’s in the works.
