The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was fine. I really liked the security door code system, as it made me feel safe and secure during my stay. The location was also very convenient for public transportation.
However, there were a few things that could be improved. When I checked in, I didn’t see any staff. I was simply sent a code, which I used to collect the key and enter my room. Throughout my stay, I rarely saw any staff at all.
It was also difficult to order an Uber, as drivers did not seem to come to the area. There were no towels provided in the shower, so I had to buy my own from a supermarket.
On my last day, I met a cleaner and asked if she could clean my room. She was accompanied by her children, who were running around and making noise, which I found a little unprofessional.
Overall, I enjoyed the location and felt safe in the room, but I think the guest services, availability of staff, and basic amenities could be improved.

Clean comfortable good value
Only cutlery was small butter knife.
Wasn’t expecting cooking facilities but more cutlery would be nice to use for take away.
A mini fridge would be great
