The hotel was clean the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good and we would go back there any day.

The area called Vaticano Prati where it is located is close to the Vatican, Castel Santa'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Panteon via Ponte Cavour. As I knew the area and bus network near Piazza Cavour, my stay was strategically perfect to explore the city. Carlos and the staff are very friendly and helpful to Local trattoria and pizza restaurants are very good.
Unfortunately the TV in the room didn't work.

The location was good and the staff were very responsive on messages. They arranged a taxi pick up from the airport for us which was super handy
It was quite inconvenient to be in a room on the other side of the building meaning we had to go get a lift down walk outside round the building to then lift back up for breakfast and any conversations with the staff. It meant we didn’t go for breakfast really. For a 4* facility also I did maybe expect a mirror in the bedroom, and shampoo / conditioner facilities
