Do not stay here

The location is great, but be aware of the schedule at the nearby stadium to determine traffic.

The directions we were sent were wrong, there is a human sized hole in the wall in the hallway of the condo, the second bed to sleep on is a futon with metal bars that keep you from laying, the a/c does not work and the room is always hot. The reviews of this building talk about shootings and a blood filled elevator.

Good location for home office for a few days

Location was excellent and they provided on-site parking for a reasonable fee.

Some lights were not working. The parking at a curb that said my car could be towed was not helping my anxiety. Had some issues with the fob for opening the garage.

Great 2 Bedroom Apartment Downtown

Very nice two bedroom apartment in downtown Toronto. Whole apartment for about the same price as a 2 queen bed hotel room. Easy walking distance to the CN Tower and Union Station. Lots of restaurant choices and things to do close by. Coffee and tea provided which was a nice touch.. Kitchen with dishes and cookware provided if you want to make meals. Check in and out very easy. The staff provided timely and detailed instructions for key pick up and for checkout.

Wunderschöner Ausblick, schlechteste Erfahrung mit Servicemitarbeitern die wir je hatten.

Die Lage ist perfekt und die Aussicht aus dem 53. Stock ist wunderschön.

Der Service war eine absolute Vollkatastrophe. Wir haben uns bereits am ersten Abend über das defekte Schlafsofa beschwert, weil die Federung kaputt war und eine normal große Person nicht richtig auf dem Sofa liegen konnte. Die Servicemitarbeiter haben uns über 2 Tage lang hingehalten, eine Lösung versprochen, die wir nie erhalten haben, und am Ende haben sie uns nur noch ignoriert. Das Apartment sollte für 2, nicht für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben sein, und so ein dreistes Verhalten haben wir noch nie erlebt.

NEVER BOOK HERE!! Look for better options

I only highlight the view it has, the rest was awful.

My experience from the beginning was not satisfactory at all. At first, the apartment management requested excessive personal information and asked unrelated questions. Additionally, they charged me 1000 CAD deposit insurance due to me being 23 years old, as the minimum age requirement is 25. Instead of canceling the reservation, they chose to impose this fee, which was almost double the cost of my stay of two nights. . Despite their promise to refund the deposit within 7 days of check-out, I did not receive it until 12 days later. When asked about the delay, they said they were not responsible, but rather PayPal or the Bank. However, I think that if they use a system to collect deposits, they should be well informed about the refund schedule and share it with customers in advance. Their communication was also marked by constant reminders that I would only receive check-in instructions if I met all their conditions such as paying the 1000 CAD deposit. The check-in process itself was cumbersome. The instructions told me to first go to the 50th floor and then go up to the 53rd floor to retrieve the keys. His reasoning was that an elevator was not working on that floor, a claim that was false. Upon entering the apartment I found that the air conditioning was defective; It simply functioned as a fan and did not cool the space, forcing us to sleep with the window open. Additionally, the curtains were in poor condition and the master bedroom window was stuck. The only feature that stood out was the view.

Bon séjour

L’emplacement, les équipements mis à part le lit un peu mou pour mon dos ! Au 52 eme Etage la vue sur le lac était sympa Mais attendez vous tout de même d’entendre la circulation quand on ouvre la fenêtre mais c’est tout à fait supportable. Les photos de l’annonce correspondaient à la réalité

Le fait qu’il n’y ai aucun arrangement possible pour pouvoir partir 3 h plus tard que l’heure normale de sortie alors que le logement n’était pas reloué le soir même. Et ce malgré le prix assez cher de la location!! Les ascenseurs de l’immeuble tombaient souvent en panne et nous étions au 52 eme étage ce qui provoquait des longues attentes pour monter ou descendre. Mais heureusement nous n’avons pas été obligé de monter les 52 étages à pied !

Location was great. The apartment was comfortable and had all the kitchen supplies anyone would need cook a meal

Had only one elevator operating for the majority of our stay to the high rise tower. The wait and lines were long. The check in was confusing.

Disappointing

The location is convenient

The check in process was not as easy as it could’ve been with someone meeting us there to explain everything. Looking for keys in a city you don’t know after a long drive isn’t fun.

Amazing Location & View

The location of the property is amazing. It's 1 block from the Convention Centre where my event was. The area has a lot of food choices and a supermarket. Union Station is 2 or 3 minutes away so you can take the UP to the airport. The view from the property is also amazing. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything you need, kitchen, washing machine & dryer, iron and ironing board. Everything I needed was there. The view from the property is also amazing (see the photo from the window of CN Tower & Rogers Statinum)

A little more information on the local area (supermarket, station etc) the check-out procedure and the WiFi password would be great. The key handover wasn't great. This was my fault. I was due to arrive at 6.30 pm and due to a delayed flight it became 11 pm so there was no one to hand over the key. Instead, it was left in a key in a key box. However the location of that wasn't supplied. I had to call them to get this and it was a little harder than it should be.

Awful experience. Dreadful people running the place. Use a hotel

Very little I couldn't say it wasn't conveniently located for the harbour .

Extremely small. One bed and the most uncomfortable sofa bed ever encountered . The only way to use the sofa bed was to move most of the furniture in the already very small living space. Would be far better having a small hotel room than having to deal with the people running this place. The customer care is beyond appalling. Endless texts demanding information already given. Failed to meet us as arranged. Gave wrong address. Finding key was effectively a treasure hunt with clues across Toronto with two children at 9pm after a day's travel. Not given number of apartment in a block with 67 floors . Security would not admit for over an hour. Only response from host was " we got what we asked for". Do not be misled into thinking this is luxury in any way. The flat is minute. In no way big enough for the four it is said to accommodate and it's very expensive for the area. There are none of the facilities you would automatically get from a hotel and their rules regulations and demands are oppressive and intrusive . See pics. The alleged balcony is approx 25cm wide at the entry point and expands to a derisory 60cm max at widest. Not a balcony but a precarious section of concrete forming part of the building's external structure

Amazing View

A very cute and modern apartment with spectacular view of the city. It is very impressive. Very well equipped kitchen if you decide to use it. Location is amazing. Perfect for two people.

Unfortunately the wifi passowrd in the apartment didn't work and when we asked for help we couldn't get a resolution by the time we left. This made us buy sim cards with data as we are foreign tourists and we didn't have any other option to connect.

it was horribly organized by globalstay, and the customer service wasn’t actually even listening to what anyone in my pa

the property was absolutely beautiful

the fact that global stay gave us two different addresses, and booking.com told us it was at 12 and 14 York street, we couldn’t get the check in instructions for another 30 minutes after ten time we were supposed to check in, so we were stranded 2 hours away from where we live with no place to stay because the first building we went to was the original place we were supposed to stay and someone was in our room.

The apartment is right next to the Union Station, very convenient.

The description indicates that a dishwasher is available in the apartment, however, the detergent for machine washing is NOT provided. We asked and the host told us that "please restock at a convenience store if you require any as we do not advertise it". Just a reminder for those who might need a dishwasher.

Quite the Positive Experience

I liked the great view from my Room and the big and comfortable Bed. I also liked that I had mirrors. Over all, a very positive experience.

The Shower took a while to get warm but I've heard that is in Toronto often the case so I wouldn't hold it against them. Especially with buildings that size.
