Great care was taken in making this home comfortable and beautiful for modern day visitors while maintaining as many original details as possible. Situated between Forsyth Park (0.4 miles south of the house) and the River (0.7 miles north of the house) Jones Street is known as the prettiest street in Savannah. The 2 bedrooms each have their own private attached bathroom, making this the ideal house for 2 couples traveling together. There is also an expansive main floor with living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. A fantastic back porch completes the package. A beautiful authentic Savannah house located in the most sought after section of downtown, the true 'Historic District'. Sleeping arrangements on the upper floor consist of a master bedroom with King bed and huge luxury bathroom attached, a 2nd bedroom with King size bed and attached private bathroom. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen cable television. High end leather sofa is a pullout queen sofa bed in living room allows the house to sleep 6 (4 adults and two extra guests under 18 years of age). Modern luxury kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, silverware, pans and cooking utensils. Floorplan of the downstairs is ideal for socializing, with the dining room, living room and kitchen all open to one another including a bar in the living room looking into the kitchen. The location on beautiful Jones Street is in the Historic District of Savannah. Walk to anything downtown!! Close to Forsyth Park, Kroger (grocery store), a huge selection of restaurants, boutiques, bars and all that the Historic District has to offer. Private back porch with fans and luxurious outdoor seating overlooking the lower apartment's patio. Parking is free and easy on the street right outside the house. This house is a traditional 3 story Savannah Brick townhouse. You are looking at the listing for the main house which is consists of the upper 2 stories of the home. The ground floor of the house is a separate/independent one bedroom apartment with its own entrance. If you have any questions about the setup of the house please feel free to call. We enjoyed the weekend in this cozy townhome. Very clean, beds were comfy and a great location. Communication with host was great and check in was easy. Only thing needed would be an extension cord for one of the upstairs baths since the plug in wasn’t at the sink. Not a big deal just a tip😊 we would recommend this home! Thanks for sharing!

A reunion with two longtime friends couldn’t have been any better. Because the townhouse was so centrally located, we walked just about everywhere. The linens and the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked (even a complimentary bottle of wine), and the living area was cozy and ideal for catching up! I would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed our stay on Jones St. The house was everything we had hoped for, the owner responded to our one request and the location was quite but close to the areas we wanted to walk to. When we plan another trip, this is where we would want to stay.

This was our second time to Savannah and we were looking for a place where we could walk everywhere. This property was in a great location. It also had very accessible free parking in the street right outside the home. Jones Street has an absolutely beautiful and we lived the neighborhood. Plenty of room and very comfortable for two couples. We were ups definitely stay here again.

Great property. My sister and I chose this home for our sister's weekend in Savanna and it did not disappoint. Easy check in/check out. Very clean and well appointed. Walking distance to all sites, shopping and restaurants (a mile or less depending on the location) and in general a beautiful area. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location to our friends and family.

I couldn't be more pleased with location or unit. Plenty of room for two couples with kings in each bedroom. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Lots of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, wouldn't be a good choice. Easy parking on the street. Owner is very easy to work with.

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is nicely located on a quiet street in the historic district. The pictures do not do this house justice as they cannot possibly show the charm and details included. I highly recommend this house for all of those looking to enjoy the southern gem of a town that is Savannah.

The home is exactly as pictured. I loved the digital communication board, what a fun way to communicate! The place was clean and welcoming. The only issue we had was lighting and fans not all working, which is minor. Some lights had warm and cool bulbs so the light was “off”. A simple change and uniform lightbulbs will really accent the home. This was not our first visit to Savannah and renting a historic place to stay, however this home on Jones Street is in our top three success stories! Thank you! Look forward to returning. Erin

Great property and location for two couples. Reasonable walking distance to most areas (downtown, city market, river area, Forsythe Park). Clean, comfy, and roomy. On street parking was fine - never used the car once we got there.

Easy rental process, easy checkin process, even easy street parking. Great central location but bring your walking shoes. King beds were so comfy and the big walk in shower was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Many lamps were unplugged with outlets behind heavy furniture (sofa, bed) & difficult to access. Only one hand towel in each upstairs bathroom. No Kleenex anywhere. No hand soap in the kitchen. No corkscrew or tin foil. Kitchen floor not clean. Upstairs bathroom fan on high & unable to access to adjust.

Very nice and spacious unit. Not a fan of the stairs, however we are older and should have chosen a one level. Free street parking was nice. Mary was quick to reply with any questions or issues.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property had everything we needed for 4 adults. The smaller shower drain, drained extremely slow. So slow that the water needed to be turned off in the shower in fear of overflowing into bathroom floor. HD tv service would have been nice. Could not get HD on the downstairs tv.
