It was totally enjoyable and the house was the best. Beatifilly decorated. Welcoming to my dogs. It was absolutely the best. The weather on yhe last day was so bad, decided to leave a little early, but it was a great experience.

We were in Savannah for the Christmas Tour of Homes which was wonderful. Our stay at the apartment was centrally located to everything. We enjoyed our walks across the street to Forsyth Park. We hope to stay here again on our next trip!

Stayed over thanksgiving weekend - location can’t be beat. Everything is within walking distance. Neighborhood seemed relatively safe and scenic. House was well stocked with everything although we didn’t use much. Photos on the listing make the house look smaller than what it is! It was very roomy.

We were in Savannah to attend our granddaughter’s wedding and festivities connected therewith. Six of the family would wind up the day by visiting with us at the garden apartment, and it was lovely. The outdoor terrace is private and peaceful. The street was quiet at night and very convenient to everything. Also, the bed was comfortable, which was important to us. We had a most enjoyable stay.

The home was perfectly situated in the center of the district, which allowed us to conveniently access all the city has to offer. We didnt move the car until we drove out of town. It was clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable, not too soft or too firm, no sagging. There were only two of us but this home really could accommodate two couples or a family with a kid or two.

What a find, this one bedroom apartment has it all in a great location. Less than a minute to Forsyth Park and 10 minutes to the heart of downtown this apartment was a great place for my wife and me to stay while visiting our son at SCAD. We will certainly try to stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay, so much fun being able to walk to so many sights, restaurants and the nearby park. The property had everything we needed for a short stay and was super easy to get in and out. Thank you !

The location is literally steps from beautiful Forsyth Park and many restaurants and shops. The decor is tastefully done with vintage and interesting pieces. We loved staying here and hope to visit again.

Beautiful, quaint, well-furnished and supplied historic unit. Spotlessly clean inside. The pretty courtyard could use a bit of cleaning up (dead leaves and cobwebs) but it was beautiful. This historic area of Savannah reminds me of stories of the old south…..beautiful old homes on streets lined with giant live oaks hanging with Spanish moss. I would visit again and stay in the same place without hesitation. J

As advertised = clean and roomy. The location was excellent; we loved being so close to the park for our dogs to walk. Also walking distance for many good restaurants. The bed was small for anyone used to a queen or king. Savannah is beautiful.

Great place. Reality felt like home and in the best location.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and great location, parking a little confusing for me anyway but it was actually very easy. Pay parking in front but maybe another 100 feet was free street parking. No steps besides the little 3 inch step at the door . During our stay the purple shuttle was free making a loop too downtown and the stop was a short walk. Clary’s was good for breakfast and lots of stuff is walking distance even downtown was okay walk and I need a knee replacement.
I definitely will stay here again if we come back to the area. Added for our visit was Clint Eastwood was filming a new movie and with a little research we drove by the set after breakfast but just seen fancy cars and fancy buses for the actor’s

I stayed here with my partner and small dog in June. It’s a gorgeous historic unit, very clean, nice furniture and well appointed. No doggy odors, no mold. We lacked for nothing. It’s steps from Forsyth Park where your pup can meet and greet the local canines and you can get your chai at a local shop. We walked into town, to the River front and back, past historic sites and homes and funky little shops. In the past we’ve used the hop on hop off trolley, but the weather was beautiful enough to make the trip on foot.
As two old ladies we felt safe in this neighborhood. There was a terrible storm one night. I was reassured that the home held strong since 1881, with no leaks.
It has a full size washer and dryer although we used our own detergent. The courtyard was a bonus where the dog could sniff and explore while I caught up on my reading under the unit’s covered sitting area.
Patricia was easy to deal with, coded door lock and easy check in/out. It was a seamless visit. I will certainly book again on my annual trip from FL to MA.

The property was what we expected. The location couldn’t be better with the park being just across the street. Check in and all dealings with the property manager couldn’t have been easier. The back patio needs some attention. It’s a bit dirty and unkept so we choose to not really use it. The upstairs neighbors front door is directly over the bedroom so we occasionally heard the their coming and going but it is wood floors and 150 year old house. Overall a most enjoyable stay, and would definitely consider renting again in the future.

Lovely garden apartment, comfortable with tasteful decor in a great location. We found and entered the apartment with ease, though I was a little confused on instructions. Our host promptly and pleasantly responded to our questions.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!

From the minute we walked through the doors we fell in love. The garden apartment was well appointed, comfortable and just right for our trip. We stayed for 5 nights - we could have had more dishwashing soap for our DW - other than that P E R F E C T. We cooked a lot in this well appointed small kitchen - had all the right stuff.

This is a great location if you are looking to explore Savannah by foot—the best way to experience this charming city. The unit was ideal for two people—plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and a nice bathroom/shower. We enjoyed French press coffee on the private covered patio each morning. Free parking within 2-3 blocks while minding the street sweeping restrictions, which was not difficult. Owner was immediately response to any requests. A top-not h rental experience!

The location is excellent. The courtyard needed required cleaning and organization, and the front outside entrance way by the “welcome” mat needed the assistance of sweeping from a broom.

Wonderful location to enjoy so much of Savannah in walking distance. Bed is comfortable and everything in the home is perfectly clean, decorated and kitchen is fully stocked. The only thing we stumbled with was parking. Ended up working out just fine, but was a little hard to understand when talking with Bryant Street parking.

We visited beautiful Savannah for our 25th wedding anniversary in mid-December with our pup and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very spacious garden apartment. Easy check-in was much appreciated; we had no issues with anything and didn't need to contact the host at all during our stay. It has everything you need. This place is quite charming, on ground floor, diagonally across the street from beautiful Forsyth Park and within walking distance to so many places. We took our pup everywhere with us and were able to do so much with him ~ including the Old Savannah Trolly Tour (wonderful tour - highly recommend to learn some good Savannah history), Blue Orb Ghost Tour, William Mercer House (highly recommend reading Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil beforehand which details a murder that took place in the house), visited the Bonaventure, Colonial Park & Greenwich Cemeteries (paid respects to Danny Hansford who tragically lost his life in the William Mercer House). We had a wonderful brunch at Collins Quarter at Forsyth Park and loved their spiced lavender mocha (hot, as it was in the 50s this particular morning), The Public Kitchen - a farm-to-table restaurant on Bull Street (their Pasta Carbonera is a must try for all - WOWZA). This place is conveniently situated in the historic district. We were able to walk to so many places. We loved checking out all the cool shops on River Street, square-hopping and strolling the streets of Savannah & felt very safe doing so even at night. We hope this beautiful gem is available the next time we're back in Savannah!

We enjoyed your beautiful home! It had everything we needed for a long weekend away. This was our first trip to Savannah and would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about your property. Do wish the landscape and back patio were neater. Missed having light on at outside front door. We will be back in a few months and intend to reserve your property again.

What a totally Savannah place to stay! Photos definitely delivered for this quaint ground floor apartment. We parked directly out front and walked or took a trolley everywhere! Walked the park on Saturday morning for the farmer’s market. Amazing food near by. River Street was nice but definitely bring your walking shoes. I did feel River Street was somewhat touristy. But still a really fun time! I can not complain about a single thing with this amazing property.

The apartment was clean, quiet, within walking distance to Cathedral, restaurants, many of the squares & parks that the city is known for. The apartment decor was eclectic but well appointed-I loved it.

Having stayed in VRBO properties before, we were so disappointed with our Savannah visit. The general neglect of this property was apparent in overgrown plants by front door, dirty floors, lovely washer and dryer but no detergent, watered down soaps, stale coffee, no restaurant guide, minimal information in guest handbook, no TV guide, no clock in the bedroom, and worse of all—noise overhead by person(s) and dog when in the bedroom. We tried three times to reach the owner but our calls all went to voicemail. Savannah is a lovely city but our accommodation entirely lacked in comfort and consideration for guests.

Charming little spot. Very close to Forsyth Park, antique shops, restaurants, and much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer. Ground level; you don't have to lug your luggage up any stairs. We loved it, if its available the next time we're in Savannah we'll book again.

The most perfect place that I’ve rented in Savannah. First floor, plenty of parking, washer and dryer… the list goes on.. will definitely rent this beautiful home again 🤗

It was nice quiet and relaxing. Close to the grocery store, restaurants. Nice area to sit in the back. Downtown was only a few blocks away. I would definitely book this place again.

We stayed at this property for two nights and were very impressed. The building is historic - built in 1884 - but the space has been recently updated with better-quality finishes. The space is huge, all things considered: Two living areas, a full kitchen, dining room, bedroom and a full bath. It even has a full-size stack washer and dryer. If I have only one gripe it's that - because the unit is on the garden (i.e. ground) level - there isn't a ton of natural light. That said, we were in Savannah in the middle of a heat wave, and it was nice to be out of the sun in our cool little cave. A bargain at twice the price.

This apt is located in a beautiful area of this historic city. The only thing missing for a 5 star review is a luxurious king sized bed, however the queen bed was comfortable enough for our stay. The apt is very spacious and well equipped. Be sure to check out the Candler Oak just around the corner! And the gorgeous Forsyth Park is just steps away! Within walking distance to several shops and restaurants, but be prepared for a good trek to Broughton, City Market, and River shopping - wear comfortable shoes! Visitor center DOES NOT sell parking passes anymore - have to get those from city parking near the Old Pink House. Overall, quiet and comfortable stay for our visit to Savannah.
