Nestled in Savannah, this attractive house for £159 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. [City of Savannah STVR Permit #00082] Rent direct from us, the Savannah owner! Relax in a historic retreat filled with beautiful antebellum and Victorian antiques! Convenient location within blocks of Forsyth Park, Whitfield Square, fine dining, coffee/cafes, and Downtown's largest grocery store. Walk or drive to all of Downtown Savannah's tourist attractions nearby. Be the envy of all the tour trolley's that drive by the front door as you live like a local. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bath, Max occupancy 6 adults. Amenities: Located within the Landmark Historic Distric of downtown Savannah; 2 designated off-street parking spaces (free parking also on street); 4 short blocks to Forsyth Park and iconic Forsyth Park Fountain (nearly in view and literally straight out the front door); private courtyard, washer/dryer, free wifi and cable. We are hospitable host available and in close communication throught your stay with top-rated 5-star review history. Bedroom #1: Queen bed, seating area, dresser, TV, closets, en-suite bathroom Bedroom #2: King bed, dresser, tv, closet Bedroom #3: Tiny "trunk' room with Twin bed, dresser. Extra: 1 Twin Rollaway stored in zippered case in master BR closet (Note: The roll-away is portable and weighs approximately 25 lbs. There is space in the larger bedrooms and the LR and DR to set-up the rollaway, but the smaller 3rd bedroom (called the 'trunk' room) is too small to accommodate. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen; spacious double parlor with living room, flat screen TV and DVD player and formal dining room that seats an additional 6 with 1 half bathroom downstairs. Enjoy the comfort of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Your party will have 2 reserved spaces behind the house for off-street, care-free parking! Additional vehicles can park free on the street. Sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (a King bedroom, a Queen Master-Suite bedroom, and the tiny 3rd bedroom called the 'trunk room' with a Twin). There is a twin Rollaway-bed in the closet upstairs which can be placed in most any room in the home. (Please note the twin rollaway does not comfortably fit in the trunk room.) Need more space? If your dates are already booked on this home, inquire about our larger Victorian homes and/or cozier 1 Bedroom historic Savannah vacation rentals. Inquire about our other rentals in downtown Savannah: our cute and cozy 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath properties or our two larger 4 Bedroom / 2 Bath sister townhomes all In desirable locations within a few blocks of Forsyth Park. We have hosted thousands of guests including tourist, corporate, family reunions, girl's getaway weekends, bachelorette, wedding parties, Girl Scouts, graduation, SCAD weekends, marathon groups, remote-work and more. Please inquire if you have any questions! We support Savannah's 'Good-Neighbor' Agreement: We love our guests and want them to have a fabulous time. It is important to note that in Downtown Savannah the homes are very close together and full time residents do live next to the vacation rental homes. In order to respect your neighbors we ask for 'quiet hours' after 9 pm. This simply means refrain from shouting, loud music, etc. Remember when you are on the porches and in the courtyard you can be heard very well by the surrounding residents. Our stay was fantastic! From the fresh flowers in all the rooms and Welcome sign with all our names on it in the kitchen as we entered the home, the house was amazing! Carmen was quick to answer my questions and very welcoming in our emails & texts. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay! It was VERY close to Forsyth Park and the Squares, so we walked everywhere! Kroger was a couple of blocks from the house so picking up staples was convenient. The house itself was impressive and we loved the little touches that made us feel welcomed and at home. We had everything we needed in the house, nothing was overlooked, it was comfortable and well- stocked. The hosts were especially nice, they touched base with us but were never overbearing- true Southern Hospitality, and we cannot wait to come back!

Honestly, I travel a lot….26 countries and all but 3 states but NEVER have I had a more GRACIOUS host!!! Checked in before, during, and after our stay!!!! Completely amazing and accommodating!!! This house was GORGEOUS and completely “as stated” on line!! Loved every minute there and appreciated the house’s location and EVERYTHING else about it. Made my 1st trip (but not my last) to Savannah a grand experience

There were a few small repairs that need to be done to the house (paint peeling in a few areas and countertop coming up by rear entry door), but overall this is a wonderful place to stay. It is within a few short blocks of a grocery store and Forsyth park and has off-street parking; which was great.
The owners are wonderful, very communicative and helpful with suggestions of things to do in Savannah and restaurants to eat at. They suggested Vic's on the River and the food was phenomenal! The fresh flowers, toilet paper flowers, bottled water and welcome note were all wonderful touches.
But above all, what I loved the most were all the antiques and the house itself; with the beautiful wood floors and all of it's charm and character. Houses are just not built like this anymore and since I will probably never be lucky enough to own a house like this, it was a real treat to be able to stay here for a few nights. My in-laws loved the house and location as well.

Wonderful house, beautifully furnished, immaculate, in a great location with off-street parking. Every convenience on site. But it's all the loving details that set it apart: a warm welcome note and cold bottles of H20, fresh flowers, frosty tumblers in the freezer, TP art in the bathrooms and much much more. Owners Carmen and Jon made us feel like royalty!!

This historic townhouse is both comfortable and interesting. If you want the feeling of living in history at a lower nightly rate for homes closer to the river this is great. Conveniently located within a few blocks of Forsyth Park and many great restaurants. Owners are super helpful and responsive. My only comment for renters to note is that all bedrooms are upstairs.

We could not have asked for a better experience. We were there to celebrate my sisters 70th birthday and were joined by our son ,daughter in law and new grand daughter Jon and Carmen are incredible hosts. Checking to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is well maintained and the location is great. I would highly recommend this for your next stay in Savannah.

Carmen and John were the perfect hosts for the perfect property. Needed to find a place for graduation week for our daughter's graduation. The perfect place with a good price. Felt like home! Great communication, easy instructions, off street parking. They even had a congratulations balloon! And fabulous response when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. Five stars across the board and we would use it again on a future trip!!!

Overall a wonderful stay. This truly is a gem with 2 bathrooms and 2 parking spaces. The antiques are beautiful. The owners made our visit relaxing with easy check-in and check out. They were available to answer any questions. The only downside is that Price St. Is a very busy street. Would stay here again.

Carmen is the most thoughtful, gracious host. Everything we needed for our stay was there and ready to go. Her personal touches were very special, such as fresh flowers in the rooms and fresh fruit and snacks. (We locked ourselves out of the house and she came at a moment’s notice to let us back in!) The location was perfect! We were able to walk to many sites within the Historic District, as well as a quick stop at the grocery store. The area was quiet and comfortable and we had a wonderful stay!

Carmen was excellent to communicate with regarding the property and was quick with responding. The house was in a great location. Detailed instructions given for checking and out. Climate control was excellent. Noise machine worked great to muffle slight noise from street and adjoining patio. Linens and bedding very good quality. Iron, ironing board and on-site laundry very convenient. Only one minor drawback was that the towels placed on the bathroom vanity took up the space I needed for my hair utensils and makeup area. Will definitely book again.

The location of this house was excellent. Easy walk to Forsythe, the Kroger, and the rest of downtown Savannah and the Historic District. Lovely rooms, and updated kitchen. All appliances worked and we had absolutely no problems with anything on the property! The owner was very responsive and very personable - even left us some "Welcome Chocolates"! Probably the most surprising was that we found the area rather quiet at night! Not like other areas of Savannah we've stayed at. Highly recommend this property!

The Victorian-age townhouse is filled with antiques and charm and is located close to major attractions. Carmen is an amazing communicator and host. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only downside is the street is a bit noisy.

We had a great last minute weekend trip! The house allowed us a comfortable and quaint place to stay and be able to spend time with friends while being close to everything! The only thing that would have made it more perfect is if it wasn’t raining the whole entire time 😆.

It was more than comfortable, it was cozy. Location for us was perfect. There is the most idyllic little coffee shop very close to Krogers, close to Forsyth Park and fun on Bull St. So far my favorite place to stay in Savannah, will be back.
