The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The salt-water pool is surrounded by lush grass for kids and adults alike. The covered patio and shade trees provide respite from the sun, while the outdoor BBQ and fridge keep you fed and refreshed all day long. Hello..you are wonderful..relax. That's the vibe here. The master and second bedrooms feature king size beds, while the third bedroom has two full size beds. All three bedrooms offer high-quality pillows and linens, flat screen TV's, black-out shades, and closets. Well equipped colorful house, close to activities, shopping, restaurants. In ground fire pit and fireplace could benefit from a guard if staying with children. Overall a delightful destination, inside and out.

Overall, a good property. The location is a quick drive to downtown and a mile or so walk or bike ride to the nearest grocery store. The other houses in the neighborhood are a bit hit or miss, some seem well loved, while others looked a bit neglected.
Inside, the kitchen and living area are spacious and well-suited for a family. The guest bathroom is a bit tight if it is being shared, as was our case. The back patio is really where it's at for this place, with a great dining and seating area. That said, there were aspects of the home that seemed a little worn (e.g., tiles in the spa falling off, a random hole in one of the guest bedroom walls) and some of the kitchen items were tired and in need of updating and upgrading (e.g., rusty cooking utensils, most of the plate and bowls were not microwave safe).
I was disappointed with the check-in process as the person seemed rather unfamiliar with the property, especially as it related to heating the pool and spa. Another person was available to answer texts though, and the homeowner was responsive via VRBO.
I've stayed in a number of Palm Springs homes via VRBO and other rental companies, and this ranks as average.

We went to get away and relax and this place delivered! Time in the pool was the best! Beds were comfy. The kitchen was easy to work in and well stocked. If we had any needs, Paul was so responsive. We will be back!!

It is a very nice, private house. The neighborhood is a bit North of downtown so be prepared for a good walk if you don't want to always drive. The house it self has reached a point where it needs from freshening up but this is not surprising for a rental property. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Over all it is a solid option.

After visiting Palm Springs in February for 3 days, we knew we wanted to return for another vacation. We viewed this property online and knew it was the right one for us: so iconically Palm Springs, with a beautiful pool/spa area. So we booked it months in advance with no problem.
Check in was so easy. The property was impeccably clean and was one of the best in regard to being stocked with all the necessities and more.
It was very close to Palm Canyon Dr and Indian Canyon Dr., where all the great restaurants are located, and there is easy access to the freeway.
The pool/spa area was glorious. All in all, a successful experience.

We stayed at this home for 6 nights in July. We did almost all of our own cooking while there and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas are gorgeous and comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better host! Paul is quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

My Girlfriend and I get together every year for 1 week in Palm Springs. This is our 5th year and we loved this House.
We did have to contact the property manager several times and he followed up and fixed everything in a timely manner.
The photos and descriptions are accurate. The home had EVERYTHING we could possibly need and more. Loved the couch in the living room as it fit all of us comfortably. Loved the covered patio and outdoor couches. The kitchen was well appointed. The book with all the directions was thorough and very easy to follow. The decor was spot on for Palm Springs. The beds were comfortable.
We would love to come back.

We come to PS every year in May to hit the reset button and relax and basically do nothing. This house was perfect for our family, especially the outdoor space. Everything was very comfortable and the indoor and outdoor space was great for all ages. Tons of pool floats, nice green space for kids, and great shade area to escape the sun. I would book again.

When we pulled into the driveway, we knew it was going to be fantastic. The mid-century vibe started on the outside. Inside were all the touches that define that era. Furniture and beds were so comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, lots of pool toys. We spent most of our time outside. Loved the pool and spa. Hadn’t stayed at that end of town before, but so close to everything. The house was just as listed on VRBO. We had a few minor issues, and the owner got back to us within minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

We had the most serene stay at Rancho Relaxo. The house had everything we needed and all the little extra touches that made us feel at home. The house is gorgeous, yard is huge and private, pool and spa are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to everything. Hope to stay again soon!

We enjoyed out stay at Rancho Relaxo. The big pool was such a hit with the kids and the hot tub was a great addition for all, glad we paid extra to heat the pool this time of year. We spent so much of our time out there or on the beautiful back patio relaxing. The yard even has lemon trees in it! Washer wasn't working when we got there, but good communication with Paul on the issue. Beautiful mountain views and nice quiet street. Thanks for the fun vacation.

We had the best week at Paul’s house. Lots of swimming & outdoor time was a warm welcome after a long Rocky Mountain winter. Paul was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend paying a little extra to have the pool heated depending on the time of year you plan to visit. It was well worth it especially with kids who are planning on lots of pool time. The house was charming & we had lots of good food at Tropicale, El Jefe & Wilma & Frieda’s. We made fresh squeezed lemonade with lemons from the lemon trees outside. Lots of fond memories. Great property with beautiful pool and outside area. High end equipment inside. All you would need. Great instructions on how to use everything. Paul was very accommodating and quick to respond. Awesome to have bikes there to use! Easy to bike to downtown and great restaurants. Very handy binder with good suggestions on restaurants and things to do. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great house, great neighborhood, great outdoor space, great weather. What's not to enjoy? Convenient to town but a quiet street and a walkable area. Appreciated the sunny yard and the shady patio, the spa, the fluffy robes, the multitude of streaming services, and free lemons in the backyard. Should have used the bikes but we were too busy relaxing! We had a maintenance glitch, but communication was excellent and the problem solved. We will be back!

We really enjoyed the indoor-outdoor flow of this house, including the fantastic covered patio, barbecue grill and heated spa. Great location. Near all that’s happening on Palm Canyon Drive, yet in a quiet neighborhood of immaculate mid-century homes. Great views from the spa of the majestic, snow-covered peaks.

Staying here was like living in a 1950s movie set. The three of us took a work-cation. It couldn’t have been lovelier! Coffee in the morning by the fire. Morning swim breaks in the heated pool. Writing reports while laying in the sun or lounging on the cabana couch. Training brings from a hot tub. White wine spritzers and a short bike ride. Hiking Joshua Tree on the weekend. I forgot it was winter.
