Located in Napa Valley, this lovely house for £959 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. CITY OF NAPA LICENSED VACATION RENTAL: VR16-0060 MONTECITO VISTA NAPA Montecito Vista is a recently remodeled home in Napa that offers something for everyone. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with many gorgeous homes and gardens, your stay here will combine the wonders of the Napa Valley with the amenities of our family-friendly retreat. Located just 1 mile from Oxbow Market and 1.2 miles from the tasting rooms, restaurants, and spas of Downtown Napa, Montecito Vista is close to it all, yet is private and serene. More world-class restaurants and hundreds of wineries are just a short drive in neighboring areas of the Valley. Montecito Vista was recently re-imagined to be a vacation home for all of your friends and family, including your children and friendly dog. All furnishings and decor is comfortable and functional. The bedrooms each have wifi TV, and a flat screen cable TV brings friends together in the living room. Outside, plug in your TESLA to our charger. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and can accommodate 10 overnight guests. Four bedrooms have queen beds, and one bedroom has two twin beds. An additional sleeper sofa is in the great room. All beds have high thread-count linens and comfortable pillows. The bathrooms have toiletries and plush towels. Central air and heating keep the home temperate. The great room and patio are a destination for unwinding and relaxing with friends and family, and make an easy venue for a gourmet dinner for 10-12 friends. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, professional cookware and utensils, and serveware. The beverage service area has coffee, tea, and wine accessories. There is a propane grill on the patio. After dinner, wind down in the hot tub while listening to our Sonos music system. Enjoy good times with friends on the bocce court, or stargaze around the firepit. Create your own wine tasting in the gazebo, or store your wine in our wine cooler for later. Walk to nearby Lakeview Park for pretty sunsets, or have a vigorous workout hiking up Montecito Boulevard to the top of the hill. For your children, the home has toys, games, activity books, and coloring for their entertainment. Adjustable showerheads make bath time easy for your little ones, and the yard is fully enclosed. For your pet, we have a comfy bed, a crate, a leash, toys, and even treats. Throughout the home you will find art and decorative touches that reflect our love of animals. Some of these have interesting stories! Solar panels, eco-friendly landscaping, and LED fixtures throughout are a salute to our environment, and the beautiful Napa Valley. Montecito Vista is one of only 42 legally permitted, entire home vacation rentals in Napa and we operate with support of the City of Napa. Our vacation rental license number is: VR16-0060. Updates 12/2023: 1) All of Northern California remains at wildfire risk and drought conditions continue. On any given day during Wildfire Season, you may be asked to shut down the firepit and the grill per order of the Napa Fire Chief. Please understand this when you book. Safety first, for all. 2) Bachelorette parties are not permitted. We are not a party house. The property manager and neighbors will take aggressive moves to shut down loud, wild parties. The [very] rare Guest that has challenged this has had their plans quickly disrupted. The integrity of our business, our neighbors' peace, and our respectful Guests are our top priority. If you think that your group should be an exception, please reach out BEFORE booking to have a conversation. We are reasonable people, and always appreciate the opportunity to work with reasonable Guests. 3) We take the City of Napa Quiet Hours Ordinance very seriously. My three adult children, their spouses, and my toddler grandson spent Christmas week at this lovely, comfortable home. We enjoyed every minute there. The house suited our family perfectly, and we appreciated the different seating areas in the home. One of the happiest and kindest surprises was the Christmas tree and also the holiday decorations. There were also several vases of fresh flowers in the entry, the living areas, and a beautiful bouquet on the dining table. A truly lovely, warm, happy week for us. A heartfelt thank you to Carla!

We went to Napa for a birthday celebration with 5 friends. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of great spaces for gathering to eat, play games, watch movies, or just chat. The fully stocked kitchen was great and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We did have to share bathrooms, but other than that, the place was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous weekend! House was a great find! Owner easy to work with and rental process was uneventful. This was a great location right in the middle of all of our plans. We had Napa veterans and newbies in the group. Everyone had ample space in the house. Rental was well appointed with all the necessities. Thanks for helping us make great memories.

This home was just perfect. It had all the amenities we needed to have a trip that made memories for the rest of our life. We really enjoyed the living spaces inside the home that allowed us to enjoy our large group. The backyard was fantastic with so much to enjoy from the bocce ball court, hot tub and fire pit. We even used the outside dining when we had a local chef come in to cook. Fantastic house and a great experience.

The home was an excellent choice for a large family - plenty of bedrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. The home was comfortable and very clean. The outdoor space was a great place to relax and enjoy a bottle of Napa Valley wine. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood and a convenient Uber ride to downtown Napa. It was also convenient to a number of wineries. The hosts were the best I have ever had at a rental home. We didn't need them, but they made it clear that they were immediately available in the event of a problem. I highly recommend this home and will stay there in the future when we return to Napa.

Had a wonderful stay with family from Texas and local CA family celebrating my mom. Catered a beautiful dinner at the house. Upon arrival there were fresh flowers in vases and a Happy Birthday banner at fireplace. The personal touch was above and beyond from any rental I have booked previously. THANK YOU!!!

We were in Napa for a wedding weekend and the house was the perfect relaxation spot between events. It is so spacious and comfortable and gorgeous inside. Every bedroom is very nice and so are the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped has many seating areas for socializing. This is the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in.

From the moment we walked in it was perfect, a nice simple birthday banner on the fireplace along with fresh flowers in the house. The entire house is just perfect, the bedrooms are simple with plenty of storage, bathrooms are pristine, outdoor space is so beautiful and the indoor living space is beyond words (we
spent most time inside due to weather) it is huge with plenty of space to spread out for all to do their own thing or enough space for everyone to gather together. The kitchen has everything you could want. All the furniture, the bed linens and beds were comfortable and cozy. We would definitely return!

We are frequent visitors to Napa Valley and decided to hold a special family occasion at Montecito Heights. It was simply perfect. The property is impeccably maintained, tastefully decorated, and functionally equipped to feel instantly at home. Lots of natural light and the wonderful patio made it hard to leave the house for our outings, and a delight to return to at the end of the day. The place is quiet and peaceful and made it easy to have a great night sleep in its comfortable beds. Our group of 8 enjoyed watching world cup soccer in front of the fireplace, hanging out by the hot tub, dining al fresco together, and relaxing around the fire pit. We even learned some bocce! The location is extremely convenient to the amenities in Napa City and with easy access elsewhere via Silverado Trail and next door to all the fantastic wineries around Coombsville. We also appreciated being closer to SFO. Finally, the booking, checkin, and checkout processes were seamless, while the attention from the host was unsurpassed. Thank you Carla and Edwin! We can’t wait to be back!

A group of 4 couples stayed at this beautiful home for a 4 day trip to wine country and it was wonderful. With plenty of room in the living area for us to feel comfortable, plenty of bed rooms and a gorgeous backyard. We loved coming back home everyday to wind down and sit out by the fire place while watching the humming birds fly over head. We were once told to lower our music that we were playing in the backyard at 7 pm by a disgruntled neighbor. We didn’t feel like it was too loud but perhaps it was. The 9 pm weekday noise ordinance that prevents us from being outside wasn’t an issue. We were so tired and being from Miami, it was cold enough during early November trip that we gladly went back inside. The location is easy to get to Oxbow market place for our daily crosiaint run for breakfast. We also had dinner our last night there with Laurel Catering. It was delicious and and well presented. It sure was nice having a fine meal in the comfort of your home in pajamas. Great communication with the host and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Wow you can’t go wrong renting this home. The location is fantastic in wine country. The back yard was perfect for our family and enjoyed the hot tub and the firepit each night as we talked about our wine experiences of the day. Plenty of room to accommodate your family comfortably! Carla is a wonderful host and we had everything we needed. I would absolutely rent this home again when we visit Napa again!
