Situated in Madeira Beach, this charming condo for £137 per night is a great option for your next break. Gorgeous....2 bedrooms 2 baths ground floor townhouse (upstairs/downstairs) unit right on the pool in a gated waterfront community! Both bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs. Master bedroom has a king bed, 55" Samsung Smart 4K TV and a walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Bathroom has a shower and a full-size washer & dryer. The 2nd bath is downstairs. Swim in the 2 community pools and enjoy the sun in the chaise lounges. There is a nice enclosed porch with a grill outside. Catch your own fish from the 3 private community fishing piers right here! The common area in the clubhouse has a billiards room with 2 pool tables, an impressive gym, men's and women's separate saunas with changing/shower rooms and there is also an indoor hot tub! MBYCC is a gated community with security cameras throughout the entire complex for our safety. It is on the water and only a short 5 minute walk to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Or walk to bars & restaurants - The Saltwater Hippie Beach Bar - Frabotta's Italian - The Daiquiri Deck. The ROC Park is next door with a ball field, tennis courts, play ground, splash pad, and basketball. A short 2 mile drive to the famous John's Pass Village for fishing charters, shopping, Bubba Gumps, Hooters, Overhead Surf Shop and so much more! Archibald Beach Park is 0.3 miles away and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute by car. Grocery store is 0.2 miles away, a 4 minute walk or a 1 minute drive. Please respect our home just as you would respect your home. Excessive noise or rowdy complaints from owners will possibly require removal without a refund by condo association. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the condo at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Sorry, no pets allowed. Owners are highly allergic. $50 non-refundable condo association application fee $200 one-time cleaning fee Tax rate 13% NO SMOKING OR VAPING!! You will be charged $500.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor. A photo ID will be required before arrival so we can get your parking pass. The hosts, Chris and Missy, are very invested in making sure you have a great stay in their condo. Chris personally checked us in. The condo is well stocked including a mini cooler to pack lunches. Loved the layout of this condo with the bedrooms upstairs. The condo is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect beach for walking, running and swimming. Across the street is CVS and a grocery store which was so convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby too. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week. Missy greeted us when we got there and walked us through the property. The cono was gorgeous, supplied with everything you could need and the location couldn't have been better. We will definitely return.

Great place, great location, great time! We enjoyed many walks, R.O.C. Park (what a treasure for Maderia Beach), the beach, Wednesdays Market, a lot of places to eat & all within walking distance. Nice area, lots of places to walk to. Near proximity to John’s pass. Property was clean, pool was right outside the door. I was under the impression that the master bedroom had its own attached bath, but that was not the case. One full bath downstairs and one upstairs where bedrooms were located.

We very much enjoyed staying here. We utilized everything this property had to offer and were very pleased. The beach was a short distance walk. The pool was very clean. I used the gym on days I just needed to run on the treadmill. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the beach and pool. We used the grill and the kitchen every day. It was all very comfortable. Great washer and dryer that we used every day. The air conditioner worked great. Zero complaints. Thanks again!

Missy and Chris made our family getaway the perfect vacation! The property was clean and comfortable, and it had some many touches that made it a perfect home away from home. The location is wonderful! So close to restaurants and the beach. They we’re extremely responsive when we had questions too! We can’t wait to go back.

Great location, very close to beach and grocery store. Convenient for catching an Uber/Lyft to anywhere you want to go if you don’t have a car.
Property is exactly as pictured. Very relaxing place to stay. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice salt water pool right outside the enclosed patio. Great park across the street with basketball, tennis, softball, splash park, etc.
Unit has tons of recreation toys for the beach and the park.
Communication with the property manager was excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

Chris was very responsive with everything from check-in to questions after we arrived. We loved the screened in porch for being able to work 'kind of' outside. The porch is right at the pool, so expect some noise when the pool gets busy. That didn't bother us. I would encourage people to rent a car, as there's not a lot that you can walk to. There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store, a CVS and the immediate beach and beach bar close by along with a handful of places to eat all within walking distance. Our favorite was the Gulf Bistro, a family-owned French restaurant. It was a welcome change from typical fried beach bar food. John's Pass is about a 30 minute walk, but you can catch the trolley, although it is a bit unreliable. Use the app to know when the next trolley or bus arrives. We took the trolley to Clearwater beach, although it takes about 45 minutes to get there. Lyft and Uber can also be inconsistent, non-existent or pricey. So, I would recommend renting a car. then you can go downtown St. Petersburg, St. Pete's beach, Clearwater, and any other place (like Tampa) that you may want to visit. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to visit Madeira beach or the surrounding area.

Great location
This was a clean, updated unit with great proximity to the beach and several nearby restaurants. We loved to close location to the pool and were never disturbed by noise.

Very nice condo. Very clean, updated, and well equipped. Hosts were very responsive. Very close to ROC park which we enjoyed. Loved walking around the park, playing Pickleball, and watching the softball tournament. Condo was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Poolside Paradise condo. The owners/managers met us on-site to check us in which was thoughtful and helpful. The condo is beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The leather sofa/sectional was very cozy. TV’s in every room were a great hit with the family. With having kids and an elderly family member we weren’t fond of the glass tables, so we avoided using them. The condo was well stocked with all the necessities (linens, cookware, dishes, washer and dryer) and the owners/managers were thoughtful to include starter packs of paper towels, toilet paper, K-cups, for the Keurig coffee maker, beach/pool toys and such. There were even basics like sunscreen, air freshener, laundry detergent, zip baggies, dish soap, hand soap, cooking spray and such. Whether left behind by other guests or provided by the owners/managers, we found it extremely helpful as most people don’t think of those things when travelling. We always pack all those things or purchase them, so we were prepared. We did purchase some things like garbage bags and left them behind to pay it forward.
The overall cleanliness of the condo was great. Though it could use a good dusting under and around the furniture. The biggest downside was the lack of consistency in the temperature despite following the recommendations as given by the owners/managers. The downstairs would get hot while the upstairs would be too cool at times. Additional portable fans would be beneficial. As well, as an explanation for how the thermostat works. Those not tech savvy may have difficulty. An additional handrail on the top staircase would be beneficial.
The location of the condo could not have been any better. The condo is just steps from the main pool and connected to the main office and amenities like restrooms, sauna, hot tub, gym and game room. We only used the game room which was as nice and as expected. Several people commented to us how lucky we were to have a condo located so close to the amenities, especially since a key fob is needed to access the amenities. Unfortunately, the 2nd pool was closed this week and the red tide and impact on marine life made visiting the beach miserable, so the main pool right by the condo was crowded. It was about a 10 walk to the beach with waiting to cross thru traffic. The parking for this condo was just outside of the gated community and right by the condo and very convenient. The R.O.C. park that is located next to the condo

Great family trip!
Great place with great amenities. Beach is only 1/4 mile from the place with sidewalks. Pool is right outside the unit, HUGE hit for my kids. Owners were super nice and always available by text or phone call. Will for sure stay again!! Thank you for sharing your place with us and letting us enjoy a piece of your paradise.

We were traveling with multiple families to a tournament hosted across the street from the complex. The property was outstanding, the host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We loved the area and spent many hours and lots of money at the local restaurants and bars.

Also close to grocery store and walking distance of many restaurants. Added bonus is park near by great for evening walks. The location was perfect being right across from a park allowing us to take morning walks and have a break from the beach. The master bed was very comfortable, the 2nd bed was a little hard. We used the downstairs shower the whole trip, it was brighter and newly renovated. The upstairs shower did not look to be renovated and it was very dark, so we did not use it. The hosts were very responsive whenever we needed something. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great time at this property. Winn Dixie is 3 minute walk away, pool was nice and so was the beach. Beach was about 1/4 mile walk. Chris was great, he answered all our questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property

Perfect Vacay!
We had an amazing time on our vacation. Chris walked us through his immaculate place himself upon our arrival and gave us tips about the place (inside and out). Anything that we needed was there, including bottled water and coffee! With the pool only 10 steps from the unit door, I was able to watch my daughters swim while I did some work. The walk to the beach is a bit far but doable and I was able to get in several morning jogs around the park and along the water. We can’t wait to visit again!

Poolside Dream
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Not right on the beach, but definitely close enough to walk to beach and stores. Open the door and you're already at the pool. Sleeping was extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with cable television and fast wifi that enabled me to work while the kids streamed movies on their laptops.
You can tell the place is a bit older, but it has been remodeled very well. I even found myself studying the decor to make note of what good design really looks like to learn from.
Hosts met us at the property at check in to show us around and esure we had everything we needed - even demonstrating how to use the remote. Will rent from them again!

This place is perfect!
From the minute you walk in the door you can see how beautifully decorated, and immaculate this place is. The open kitchen, living and dining area made this a perfect set up for entertaining. You will find everything you need to fix a meal, from pots and pans, to beautiful dishes and glassware.
Upstairs there are two nice sized bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bedding and towels were of high quality. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was super convenient.
The condo is right next to pool. Makes it easy to grab a few select chairs in the morning for a day in the sun!
The complex is located across the street from the beach, 3 minutes from a Winn Dixie grocery store, and among many restaurants.
Everything about this place is perfect, from the attractive decor, the set up, and even the location. PS: My partner loved the huge 65" TV in the living room!
