This is a stunning Historical Law Office from the 1830s directly facing Colonial Park, turned into a beautiful brick residence with classical details. The home is full of personality with lovely interior design, game room, and architectural details around every corner, with the duality of real antiques and modern amenities strategically placed throughout. Sophisticated Historic District Residence made for modern convenience with 2 free parking spots. This beauty has several oversized gracious rooms, high ceilings, large windows flooding it with light, hardwood floors. This house is perfect for large groups with 6 beds and 1 pull out couches for a total of 8 individual beds. The ample master suites have large closets, and master baths with double vanities and walk-in showers. The modern kitchen is part of an open floorplan with flowing into the living room. The main floor boasts a game room with a 10 multi-game foosball table and a full-sized 1300 multi-cade arcade game machine for hours of fun and entertainment when you're not on foot or on bike touring charming Savannah. Property includes: 1) We provide two parking spots in front of the home. Outside of our two spots, it is hard to find free parking this close to the river. Street parking is paid 8-8 but there are always spots available and you can use the ParkSavannah app to pay from wherever you are. There are also several garages very close by. The property was clean and I felt safe in the area it was located. Management was very responsive to minor request. I think the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be turned or replaced but otherwise it was a very nice stay.

This was an amazing place, incredible location in historic district. We were able to walk everywhere. We had an incredibly fun trip, 3 moms and our daughters whom are best friends. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our trip!

We traveled to Savannah for a long weekend with 3 of our adult children, and one additional guest. It was great to be right there in the heart of downtown and walking distance to all the fun! Staying in a historic building really added to the ambiance! Great stay!

We had such a great stay. The location of the house was perfect for walking to all the sights. The included parking spots were a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to Savannah.

The location of the property is right in the middle of everything to do in Savannah. Location can't be beat! Along with that great location, though, is the issue of parking. The owner is very clear about 2 spots being available, but just know, that if you have more than 2 cars, you will have to scurry about to find parking and more than likely pay for it! We used a public lot owned by the city that the owner recommended. Read some reviews about other private lot parking accommodations which made me shudder, so stick with city-sponsored parking options. The multitude of beds was what we wanted and this property delivered. Although we had to use the pull-out, no one had to share a bed with our party of 8 guys! Couple of things to know: the game room video game (which we were really looking forward to and made us choose this property and if being honest, was a premium price option) DID NOT WORK. Although it powered on, the joy stick didn't work. BUMMER! Needs to get fixed or being eliminated as a feauture including removing from the pictures. Know that the "game room" is very small. The other, more minor issue, is that there weren't enough seating options for us all to sit in the same room together. Even though we moved some chairs from bedrooms, the seating was disappointing when everyone wanted to be together. Overall, a great weekend and a great place to stay. Communication with David was lightning fast and helpful!

Great time and stay in Savannah. The house was perfect for 10 girls for a long weekend. Close to everything amd walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and shops. Only this is if you plan to cook at the house there are not many cook or bakeware to cook for a large group.

Overall good stay. Several steps to climb to get to unit B. Able to walk to several eateries. Parking behind the building was slightly inconvenient. The game arcade was a plus for teenagers.

Great location, easy check-in, clean and accommodating. We were 6 adults each with our own bedroom and bath. Just one night and other than some minor things (couches are a bit worn and not very comfortable and there could be a few more chairs). Overall would stay again.

The unit is nice. Kitchen/Living area was great for our group to socialize with plenty of room. Nice kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. Beds comfortable. Downside was the two long stairs from the street to the main level and another to the upstairs bedrooms. Also, there is no access from the parking in the rear, so you have to walk two blocks to get around the building to the entrance. None of this is covered in the listing. It is a difficult unit for anyone with mobility issues. Parking was a plus with room for several vehicles.

This home has room for everyone and is right near everything! We had a great time. The beds are all very comfortable. The house was clean and the owner got back to me very quickly if I sent an emailed question. The kids loved the game room. We had a fantastic time!

The house was very clean, had plenty of towels for our group of 8 and a well stocked kitchen. The location is terrific for exploring the historic district. I will say that if you aren’t comfortable with a lot of steps this isn’t the house for you. There are steps to get to the front door, steps up to the apartment and more steps up to the bedrooms. It’s a lot at the end of a day of walking. Also, the listing says Colonial Park which is correct but it’s actually a cemetery. A very old, very historic cemetery. Overall we all loved it and the house is impeccably decorated. I would stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our time in savannah and the VRBO. Plenty of space for a large group of adults. The VRBO had everything we could have asked for. Definitely will look at staying here again.

My family of 10 stayed here and the home was in Pristine condition! Great location! Only issue I had was the amount of stairs we had to climb to get into unit. But my handicap is no fault of the owners. Loved staying here.
