We were very impressed with the house! It was perfect for our group of 6 college student-leaders, and a sponsor. The house was well-appointed, clean, and was very comfortable. The students enjoyed the video games, and the common spaces were perfect for our group. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood, as we arrived after dark, but were very comforted seeing the Sheriff's office directly across the street. We felt very safe. The home is tastefully decorated and we very much look forward to returning and recommend it highly to others.

This property was very clean and centrally located. It presents as a homelike environment. The host was responsive to questions and solved issues immediately. Beds were comfortable and I would stay there again!

Loved the place - full of character and New Orleans charm! Very spacious and comfortable, had everything we needed. Good location and parking. I very much appreciated the easy communication with the host. I would definitely recommend this beautiful house and would love to stay here again.

This was a great spot for my buddies bachelor party! We had a group of 9 and the French quarter and Frenchmen street were just a short Uber ride away. Always a quick response from host and the home has everything needed for a comfortable stay! Highly recommend! - Anthony

This house is perfect for anybody with large groups wanting to stay in New Orleans. We had 10 total guys for a bachelor party and there was plenty of room for us. The house was incredibly clean and has a great location, only about 2 miles from downtown so the Uber rides were insanely cheap, even on St. Patrick’s Day. The host is super responsive and helpful, we will for sure be renting from them again next time we visit!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party! The neighborhood is sketchy but we were always out anyway. It was a 10 minute uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go so it was perfect. So spacious & clean. It was a hot weekend and we were able to adjust the AC perfectly. The host was very responsive & allowed early check in for a fee. Upon checkout there was no crazy rules or cleaning instructions so that was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my first time coming to New Orleans and staying outside of the Quarter. This is the perfect location! Mid City is great for anyone coming to NOLA wanting to stay out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. There was a group of 9 ladies celebrating gathering for our annual friendship celebration. The accommodations were plentiful. There was lots of towels, seating and space for us to move about freely and comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet even with the work being performed by the city. Do not be swayed by the other reviews or notes about the house being across the stress for Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Department, they are the best neighbors ever! There is no traffic day or night -foot or car. We were able to easily access various parts of the city in any direction from this location with ease of access to I-10 and a quick 2 mile drive into downtown and the Quarter. We loved this house. It felt like home and look forward to visiting this or any of their properties in this neighborhood again!

This place was exactly as pictured. Clean and convenient. Be aware there is street work going around in neighborhood but has nothing to do with the home or owner. Neighborhood seems to be getting revitalized and home is across from sheriffs office so felt completely safe. Back deck was a plus got to relax and enjoy the family. Kids liked the game room. Owner communicated effectively. Would recommend and will stay again.

This place was humongous! Fit all of us perfectly & comfortably. My girlfriends and I headed out to New Orleans for my bachelorette trip & I was able to stay in close contact with the property manager throughout my stay. Very clean & had everything we needed. Transportation to all of the activities we had planned was about a 10-15 min Uber trip. Not bad at all. Construction around the neighborhood was a little annoying especially the morning after our festivities but overall this place

Beautiful, Clean, Safe, Spacious! I was a little nervouse about doing this instwad of hotel rooms but this was the best choice. The house is all that they advertised it to be. In addition, there was more than enough parking in the yard. (that meant alot- all women). We had 4 vehicles and still there was more room. I loved the layout of the home we played family games, did karaoke, laughed, ate went out and came back at night (felt safe). The AC was great! There were 9 ladies and it was not crowded at all. There is a large tv (which we all really enjoyed) and tvs in the rooms. The bedrooms are exactly like the pictures advertised. We did not use the gaming area but it is there for young people. There are stairs which was not a problem for us (30-65 yrs) it was a great way to exercise for us (smiling). The bathrooms are spotless with towels, face cothes, shampoos and more. The kitch was stocked with a few basics. My fav- the outside sitting area. It was clean, no trash to be seen or an unkept yard. It was very enjoyable. The last thing is the communication with the host, it was great. She answered all text messages and the one call I made. That call was to say we had arrived at the house and we did not realize we were early. The cleaning crew was there and we startled them. I call to inform her that we didnt realize the time and had entered into the house. She could have been rude because we were wrong but she was very kind, I really liked that... This is a choice and a good place to stay. Thank you for everything. Our trip to NOLA was great!

The home is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, spacious, quiet, clean, with all the necessary provisions. The owner was easy to contact and responded to any questions in a timely manner. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the gaming area.

This home was a new development and very updated. The home slept 12 women comfortably and the open floor plan made it easy for us to gather together. It’s very close to the French quarters so you do not have to drive far at all. No issues with the neighborhood. Great deck in the backyard to relax. Overall, I would definitely book this again.

We had a group of 10 stay comfortably at this home for the Final Four. House was just as advertised. Comfortable, clean, and included some fun games. It was a bit of a walk to the streetcar, further than I expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to put some towel hooks in the bathrooms!

Great time and beautiful house…Came to New Orleans for a birthday weekend with friends. Everyone had plenty of space, the big living room and dining area were a huge bonus, as was the kitchen - love that it had a gas range. Very clean and the owner was always quick to respond. 10/10.

Don't let the street view on Google Maps fool you! Thats an out of date picture! This place was great- brand new house, nice furniture and beds, and an awesome game room. The house is about 2 miles from bourbon st, which made for an easy Uber ride to and from. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
