Wonderful location and house. The house had everything we needed and wanted. Very spacious, well stocked kitchen, great outdoor space, bathrooms and bedrooms were lovely, and the gathering rooms were amazing too. Only great things to say!

Had a great weekend with friends at this house. There was plenty of room and the location was nice and quiet. We enjoyed several walks around the neighborhood seeing lots of deer and even a fox.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. The only 2 negatives: Lost power so garage door would not open and we were locked out of the house for 3 hours. Also the thermostat is controlled by the owner and it is too hot at night. You need to allow the temperature to be lowered at night.

We really enjoyed our stay. Thought the house was stocked with everything we needed and we loved the decor. The only thing keeping us from giving a 5-star review was the palmetto bugs in the house. We appreciate the heads up in the welcome e-mail that they could be present in the property, but we saw 4 or 5 of them during our stay inside the house (kitchen island, bathroom sink, living room rug) along with what appeared to be bug droppings on the desk in the living room. It sounded like it is difficult to fully keep them out of the house, but if there is any way to better prevent them from being inside it would be great.

Booking was super easy. Check in was a breeze! Well stocked kitchen, amazingly comfortable beds and fantastic heating system! There were so many places people could gather and talk. We spent my daughter’s first Christmas here and it was absolutely perfect!

Our stay went above and beyond expectations. It is a perfect house for a family to stay. The kitchen was truly stocked. The selections of toys and games were endless. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Decor throughout was very welcoming. Our family highly recommends this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at this rental. The home was as described, clean and well managed. The open layout was great and provided lots of space for everyone. The location was in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood walking distance to Bluff Drive and waterfront. Grocery store was a bit of a drive from the home so planning stops before heading to the home worked best. Management was quick to respond to our needs and questions. Only things I would recommend is to have a bike tire pump in garage for bikes and designated towels to wipe off patio furniture. Overall we were happy with the rental.

The floor plan of this house worked very well for our family of grandparents, parents, and two young children. We loved the family room especially. Great location to explore both Savannah and Tybee Island. Wonderful week.

Truly enjoyed our family vacation. This was a dream spot for my mom so thanks for helping us make her dream come true. The home was beautiful and the pictures accurately relect what we got. This was a good location for us to do visits in downtown and enjoy Tybee Island. Would definitely return!!

Our two families enjoyed our stay at this rental! This house provided plenty of space, was clean, in a very nice neighborhood and located in a great central location. We throughly enjoyed hanging out in the sunroom! This home is beautifully decorated with a comfortable, home feel. We would keep this rental in mind if we are ever in the area again with a group and would recommend to others.
