A fun game of billiards is also at your fingertips. Enjoy your private heated swimming pool (pool heating available for additional fee) and spa as well! The property is fully hedged and gated, providing absolute seclusion on this expansive 10,000 sqft lot that is ideal for entertaining guests. The large, open living area has a well-designed and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances. The home is perfect for both cocktail parties and cozy nights in (or week-long Netflix binges!). Wall length sliding glass doors convert the house into a dynamic indoor/outdoor space, opening onto an outdoor dining table. The manicured backyard offers a variety of spaces from the sun drenched loungers offering magnificent mountains views to the oversized Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. The upgraded salt water pool features a waterfall from the raised spa. The sculptural front lawn is perfect for an afternoon game of croquet or corn hole. Or take a 5-minute ride to downtown on one of the house bicycles. The main home contains three bedrooms. Two bedrooms hold king beds. The third has a full size bed. There is a fourth bedroom in the attached casita. It has two single beds and two trundle beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. There is also a Pack-n-Play and high chair. We ask guests to bring their own crib sheets. A large master bedroom features a new en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate entrance onto the pool patio. The large bedroom in the casita also has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The home is one level with just one step-down into the family room. We sold our home in PS last year. We wanted to find a place to come with friends that gave us the feeling of home. Casa Amarillo fulfilled that. Spacious home with all the things you hope for - well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of different spaces to hang out both inside and out. Super convenient location. Will definitely keep this home in mind the next time we visit PS.

It was our family’s annual spring trip. This house had everything we needed. Great pool, great location and great beds! Enough room for everyone to spread out. And multiple seating areas to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. We had a fantastic time!

This wonderful quiet property with a view of the mountains & close proximity to downtown is an ideal place for families or a group of friends. The floor layout is conducive to your own space within the whole of the house. Very well appointed & pool area is beautiful. Would highly recommend-great value. Decor is very tasteful & well done. A lovely property that’s clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is close to downtown. The pool and yard are great. My little kids LOVED all the toys, which means we didn’t have to pack any. A win-win!

Had a fantastic family vacation. One never knows if the pics match the reality and yet they did! House setup is great...lots of different sitting areas and separation between bedrooms. Very clean and well stocked. Service leading up to our arrival was prompt and thorough. Service during trip was equally as good. Would highly recommend. Great location and safe area.

Casa Amarillo is a beautiful, well appointed house in a perfect location. We chose the house for its proximity to restaurants we wanted to try. Though the street is very quiet, there are several great places that are easily walkable (Bar Cecil, Del Rey, Mr. Lyons). The house was even better in person than it looks in photos and we were all impressed with the little touches (lots of cozy throw blankets, plenty of dishes and towels for the pool, etc) that make a place feel like home. I would definitely return.

We rented Casa Amarillo for our family vacation. There were three families, two infants, two children and six adults. The home is family friendly and well equipped. The backyard is very private and the pool and hot tub are great. The home is close to many services and activities. The owner was accessible and very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would recommend this home for your Palm Springs vacation.

Lovely home, perfect for a girls' getaway for 5 women for 4 nights. John and Luz were friendly and helpful with all of my questions, and John was accommodating when one of our party arrived hours before the scheduled check-in time due to unforeseen airline issues. Well-maintained property, quiet neighborhood, and close to downtown. Perfect weather, house, vacation all around. We have already discussed a return trip.

We absolutely loved this property! Perfect for a girls trip. We could easily access restaurants and shopping downtown, but also loved just hanging by the pool and enjoying quality time together. Lots of room to spread out, and loved the backyard table for dinners. Highly recommend!

Very nice property and pool. We visited in December 2021 so the weather was cold but we did enjoy the hot tub. Very close to downtown, nice neighborhood. Very useable property and nice linens! Our family had a great time in Palm Springs and the house really lived up to its listing.

I stayed at the house with my family, including my sister and her two small children. The kids and parents had spacious connecting rooms with a bathroom, and the two other bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The house itself is super cute and walkable to downtown (longish walk, but very beautiful and pleasant). There is lots of outdoor space to sit. There are also an outdoor ping pong table, bikes, and pool floats available. The property managers were incredibly kind and responsive. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this property for a visit to Palm Springs. The beds were extremely comfortable, it is located close to downtown in a very quiet neighborhood, and the entire property has been recently updated. The kitchen and bathrooms were all nicely furnished, and Our entire group enjoyed the pool and the pool table. The owner is also fantastic and helped make our stay a true joy. I would definitely stay here again!

Very private gated house close to downtown Palm Springs. Had everything we needed, which made our stay in 118 degree weather relatively comfortable. The pool was awesome, as we spent most of our time in it. We'll be coming back!
