Fully stocked with modern amenities, decorated touches, and boasting a central location, our home is the perfect travel headquarters for your large group, family, or company. - Brand new renovation featuring a beautiful Chef’s kitchen with essential cookware - Exposed brick accents and modern decor -Smart TV with streaming capabilities. - Brick patio in rear - Other amenities include wifi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board), and more - All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. Guest Access: The entire home is for your exclusive use. The Neighborhood: Located just off of Whitefield Square, our home places you at the doorstep of Savannah’s acclaimed food and art scenes. Take a stroll to Forsyth Park (5 min walk), check out the SCAD Museum of Art, or spend the day shopping and dining along the riverfront. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience. Getting Around: Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car. Other Things to Note: *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. Interaction with Guests: You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

The location is great, able to walk everywhere, The house was cozy not for entertaining The beds were comfortable however, there is only one true shower on second floor with bathtub/shower on first floor. There were a couple of issues but the repairs were completed in a very short period of time. Great job.

We had a great time staying in this property! Overall it was a good choice for our group, but I'll break it down into pros and cons. PROS: Great Location, walking distance to most things and short drive to others, very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of free street parking, we never had to circle to find a spot. House was updated and nicely done. Beds were comfy and there were lots of towels. CONS (what you really came here to read): The house only has one true shower, the downstairs is a lovely tub with a hand shower, but wasn't the best idea for our group of middle school boys. There is lots of room for sleeping, but not a lot of room for hanging out. The kitchen is lovely, but small. Only a table for 4. The living room is also not huge, only one large couch. (There is a lovely outdoor space, but no one wants to sit in the heat and humidity of a Savannah summer. I'm sure it's great in the spring/fall.)
