Located in Savannah, this lovely house for £426 per night is a great option for your next break. Built in 1891, this Stunning Victorian Home is a rare find on Gaston Street. The front elevation features eye catching details, with a charming south facing front porch. The entire home has intricate details, from the gleaming original hardwood flooring, and colorful stained glass windows, that truly compliment all of the elevated furnishings. Each room is spacious, airy and boasts with an ample amount of natural light, in addition to all of the original moldings, and architectural details throughout. After entering through the solid pine front doors, step right into the the front parlor. Deemed the main living space, you'll find an ample amount of seating for all, and the center of the room showcases a handsome slate fireplace surround and gorgeous chandelier. Double original pocket doors separate this living area from the large dining room with east facing windows and another handsome fireplace mantle. These adjacent rooms are known locally as "double parlors". Simply detailed and understated moldings give a nice accent to these rooms. Beyond the formal dining, the large kitchen includes a butcher block island, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and heart of pine flooring. The Historic exposed brick is from an original chimney and, along with the tile backsplash, adds so much contrast to the room! Off the kitchen is a large storage room with a side by side washer and dryer. On the north end of the kitchen is the door leading to the covered screened back porch, a must for living in Savannah where so many evenings are spent out-of-doors. Ascend to the second floor, where the three handsomely appointed bedrooms are located. The main suite, which is in the front of the house, showcases a fireplace, a King Size Bed, an enchanting ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and an ample amount of closet space. The second bedroom, in between the others, offers another fireplaces and plush Queen size bed. The third back bedroom is additionally equipped with a queen, and smart television. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath with shower/tub combo in the hallway. After a long day, an olympic size swimming pool awaits! The enclosed private back yard offers a heated private pool, and plenty of room for grilling and entertaining, almost year round in our Savannah climate. What is parking like for this home? There is one designated private parking space behind the property within the courtyard. All other parking can be found on-street, non-metered. Sleeping Configuration: Bedroom 1: King Size Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Size Bed Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. This home allows dogs larger than 35 lbs - please inquire for more information. SVR-02565

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was great not only because of the house but because of the rental company. The first house we selected ended up not having any heat and the rental company quickly gave us three other homes to choose from and moved all our belongings to the new house while we were out enjoying the city. The house itself is on a beautiful tree-lined street, close to Forsyth Park where you can catch the on-off trolley and get pretty much anywhere in Savannah.We were there in January so we did not get to enjoy the pool or yard, but we would definitely go back to the same house when we visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Hart of Savannah did not disappoint. The place was comfortable enough for our party of 4 and it was also pet friendly, which allowed us to take our 2 dogs with us. It was a bit too cold to enjoy the pool while we were there, but certainly a nice accommodation that is rare in this area... We enjoyed conversations around the large dining table and quiet walks along the streets with multiple squares close by. We also stumbled upon one of the best places I've ever eaten at, Local Ten11, which is just a short walk away. Amazing food! The team at Lucky Savannah were also very responsive when we had questions and were super accommodating! We will definitely be back to stay at this location when we return to Savannah.

We had the privilege of staying in this amazing home at 412 E Gaston St, Savannah. The house had everything we needed to feel right at home. Only a few short blocks from Bull Street and Forsyth Park, we could walk to wonderful restaurants and shops in only a few minutes. We would definitely stay in this house again on our next trip to Savannah. Amazing and outstanding.

The property was as pictured and the description of the home are true as written. The home was even better than expected. Although we didn't cook while we were there, we noticed that the kitchen was equipped appropriately. The house was very clean, the furniture was comfortable, it was walkable to many restaurants and bars, and it felt homey. We would not hesitate to book this house again for our next visit.

We were in Savannah to tour and for a wedding. We walked downtown a few times and took an Uber in the evening. This home is close to various historical and fun places. I enjoy cooking rather than going out, so this kitchen was perfect for our needs. We even had a surprise visit by my nephew and his friends, and there was plenty of room around the table for us. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This house was perfectly located to allow for easy walking to all of the sights while still being in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It's a beautiful old home: comfortable, well furnished, easy-access....everything we could have asked for.

We loved our stay here. There were 6 of us women for a ladies trip. We didn’t realize that the 3rd full bath is on the main and not with the 3rd bedroom. The location was great for exploring. Super close to a beverage store, which was convenient. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the living room was perfect for our sized group for watching tv. The neighbors were all friendly and the neighborhood felt safe.

Wonderful stay. Classic charm, well maintained, very clean, and tastefully decorated property with highly responsive property managers. We had no trouble with parking right in front of the house. But that pool is everything. To call Savannah hot in the summertime is …. well, I don’t even know where to start with that. It’s an oven. On broil. With high humidity thrown in for fun. Being able to cool off in your own, private pool makes this place next level. Highly recommend.

My family and I rented this house for a family vacation and the house was much more than we could have asked for. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We loved the architecture of the house and how much of the original house looked preserved. The pool was slightly dirty due to the constant rain, but was fixed immediately with a pool cleaner coming that morning. I will definitely rent this house again when staying in Savannah! You will not be disappointed. We were also only 1 mile walking distance to river street and 3 blocks away from the park. The house is in a great location and quiet block.
