We were here with friends for the Music Festival and loved the location. Had stayed near by last year. Knew the hotel was historic but was very disappointed with the bathroom. There was hardly room to move

Wonderful Hospitality, service and extras provided.
Thanks for the water, however, will you consider boxed water for your quests? More sustainable and eco friendly.

I loveddd this hotel. it was so amazing to stay where there has been so much history. The hotel is beautifully kept and maintains its natural state. The staff was also great. I will for sure be back very soon. While on site check out the bar next door, they serve a mean beef carpaccio. This hotel is 10/10

Loved the Marshall house. Staff were awesome. The wine and cheese in the evenings along with free breakfast was great amenity.

The location is terrific, the service was outstanding. We felt welcomed and everyone treated us with great warmth and respect. The wine hour, trivia night and breakfast was delightful mainly because of the service and the staff all around.

I knew there was parking available- I did not know it would be off site or valet from hotel and that there would be a daily fee

What a great spot to walk to all the things we wanted to see—and across from Leopolds ice cream! Yay! Did not know this is considered the 2nd most haunted hotel in US! We did hear noises early this morning! We stayed on 2nd floor and right on Broughton and Drayton corner and did not hear street noise. Bed comfy ( double😞) and although the bathroom slanted all was good. It’s a historic inn but renovated so it’s to be expected! The toilet leaked a bit and maintenance came right away to fix it! The wine and cheese reception each afternoon with entertainment was a bonus! Breakfast was delicious and they wait on you! Nice touch with cold water and coffee/tea in the lobby ! Great stay!

I had a fantastic stay at The Marshall House. Check-in was easy, the room was perfect for my needs, the nightly wine reception and entertainment was fun, delicious and hearty breakfast included, and complimentary bottled water - it sounds like a small thing, but makes a big difference. The only "disappointment" was that my room wasn't haunted, but I loved everything else about it!

The hotel was beautiful and our room was clean and comfortable. The best feature though was the staff. They were the epitome of southern charm. Could not have asked for better service. The only negative is that it’s not soundproof at all and being a light sleeper with noisy people above made for a rough night.

This is SUCH a beautiful hotel and the staff is perfectly wonderful! Breakfast is on the house and is so delicious. It is centrally located to all the shopping you could hope for. Very near the river so the walk is a short on to go. I definitely will stay here again. I just loved it!

Shower was very small, no mini fridge in room which was an inconvenience, also must carry luggage a block away or hope the vallet entrance is open . When we arrived it was packed with cars so had to park in parking garage a block away that you also have to pay a daily rate for and carry your luggage to your room through the city ! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was also good . The close proximity to everything was also nice .

Fantastic place. Cosy, clean, and some nice charm. Beds were great, water pressure good, thermostat and temps were perfect. Really enjoyed afternoon wine, cheese, and live music. Breakfast was great too! Close to everything, including river.
Highly recommended.

There is not enough stars to give this hotel.I never really felt true Southern hospitality untill I stayed at the Marshall House. You just need to experience it for yourself.

The only issue was quite a bit of noise from a "late check-in ", 1 am. Had to call the front desk

Beautifully maintained old hotel from the 1850's. From the moment we entered the hotel till we left we felt at home. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail hour in the Library and breakfast the next day. It was a wonderful stay

Like the title says, we really enjoyed it. I was so happy we chose to stay here over the the chain hotels on the river front. The breakfast was a bonus, didn't realize I was getting that when booked the hotel. The location rocks and it makes it easy to always pop in through out the day when you are out on the town. I just wish I had gotten to take part in the daily happy hours.

You could feel and see the history of this inn and the location was excellent. Nice touches like a free wine reception for guests every night in the lobby, an included quality breakfast in a greenhouse room and a cool bar/restaurant attached to the inn for convenience. All the staff members were super polite and friendly. While the rooms had historic decor it was well done and comfy/clean.

The hotel itself is beautiful but the room was not worth over $800 for two nights. Small, no shelf space in the bathroom, floors were sloped, bed uncomfortable, very loud AC and terrible view from our window of a compressor. But the staff were very nice, the breakfast was good (although not available when we checked out this morning which was disappointing) and the location was perfect and in walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. I understand the hotel is very old and historical but expected better accommodations for the price.

Everything was exceptional, except for the food which was not very good. The staff was outstanding, the location superb, and the room exceptional, but the breakfast was weak.

Overall, The Marshall House was lovely, convenient, clean, and has a friendly staff. My only complaint was the HVAC unit in our room was incredibly loud. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful hotel with lots of charm and very helpful staff. Also, in a great location for strolling around Savannah.

We loved the hotel and the location.
However, while standing in the lobby waiting for the tea pot to boil, at the desk near the coffee and tea station, 2 employees were sitting there voicing their complaints about other employees. They did not try to conceal their conversation, it went on for the entire time I was there waiting and could hear the names and opinions quite clearly. Not what I want to hear during the holiday season or anytime when I am a paying guest at an establishment.
