Checking in was like a scene from an Elmore Leonard novel; too odd to anticipate, but so crazy, it had to be real. The experience with the desk staff defies description in less less than five paragraphs, but needless to say, in all my years of traveling (including as a touring musician with band,) this was an unusual experience. The room was advertised as having a “queen bed,” but the full bed was all that we found in the room. Clean, bug-free, quiet, so all in all, the Twilight Zone check-in notwithstanding, not as bad as anticipated.

My friend and I stayed for the weekend and the stay was great. Room was clean and the ac was already on. The stove had 2 burners which were more than enough to make a simple dinner. Coffee and light breakfast option in the morning was very nice. Staff was very friendly, talkative and accomodating. Overall a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.

the property needs a through cleaning and maintenance. My room had several cosmetic issues that were reported to the front desk staff. They seemed in different at best.

This hotel looked nice on the outside but has no Lobby and is very no frills. All inside surfaces and furniture looks very worn out. My hotel room had a small kitchen but if you wanted any utensils or even a blow dryer you had to ask for them from the front desk. The bathroom shower water was barely warm, and the curtain did not block the water from flowing onto the floor. The free breakfast was coffee or a package of instant hot cocoa and wrapped muffins. I will not return.

No outdoor seating except poolside No seating in lobby either

The breakfast is a joke. Packages of oatmeal, granola bars and muffins. That’s it. The man for evening checkin was excellent. He greeted us, provided helpful info and was friendly. The man in the morning had no greeting, no attention, nothing. The mattress was awful, giving us bad back aches the entire next day.

Can't complain about the cleanliness. It was excellent, but everything else was bad. Although In all fairness, it's a low budget hotel(it felt like a Motel thought). Even though check-out was at 11:00am, at around 9:00a.m. a lady was knocking room to room really rapidly and loud with some metal object saying repededly "Cleaning's here!!" repeatedly until she reached our room. About 10 minutes later she caim back even with more rudeness yelling "I'm going to call the PD!!". Really? Threatening your guests to call the Police Department. So I yelled back "Call whoever you want, I'm not coming out naked!!". They kiked us out for what they said was air-conditioning maintenance. But not only us, according to a flyer that was Scotch taped to ever single room, over a 3 day period every single room was going to get this so called "maintenance" between 8:30a.m and 10:30a.m.
My question is: why didn't they schedule this maintenance when the guests are NOT sleeping!! I think the answer may be: that's how much they care about their guests. At least that's how I felt.

Room wasn't ready at check in time. No seating in lobby, they offered for us to sit on a luggage cart. We paid over $200 for the night for Motel 6 quality beds, a dirty room with broken fixtures. Absolutely disgusting. Looks NOTHING like the pictures on the Expedia app. I think Expedia should provide a refund.

Staff was very unorganized

About as bad as it could get without having to leave the hotel. Everyone who works there was VERY attentive and friendly. Most of the spaces like the stairway and hallway had an uncouth scent that made me want to hold my breath when walking through. My bathroom also had a very smell that I couldn’t quite place. It wasn’t mold and it wasn’t sewage. It was just weird. Definitely will not stay again. Great location and great employees though!

The dining table was dirty from previously being used and not cleaned. There were no plastic drinking glasses and no shampoos or conditioners in the bathroom. The beds had clean sheets. They advertise having a breakfast but all they had was granola bars, packaged oatmeal and packets of hot chocolate. Oh, they had fresh coffee.

Absolutely disgusting. Black hair in my bed and on the towels. Nothing was even wiped down. I asked for a room change and it was marginally better. I slept in my clothes for two hours and left early. Everything in the building was so worn out. People partying and fighting all night in the hallway. Small bugs running on dirty kitchen surfaces in the morning when I left. Air conditioners worked awesome and quiet.

Front desk person nowhere to be found for check in. Had to wait over 20 min in lobby and many phonr calls for an unapologetic guy to show up and start the process of check in. We ended up not staying because we were worried that our bikes would get stolen or vandalized overnight.

The room had a few areas of maintenance, wear and tear and stains. Beer cans outside of the bedroom window. Roaches were found in the room.

Bathroom wasnt clean. Urine at the base of the toilet. Seat in room was torn. Hairs on the pillows. The staff was amazing. Friendly and outgoing. Very helpful. The hotel needs a ton of maintenance.

We arrived at about 10:50pm to a lobby that claimed to be open until 11pm (9and also is supposed to be open 24/7) BUT NO ONE WAS THERE AND WE HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN 15 MINUTES. WE WERE EXHASTED. WHEN SOMEONE FINALLY CAME THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE

Our shower leaked spraying water all over. Andre suggested using electric tape to fix. I said no and requested another room. Andre and his manager got us another room, however the faucet in the sink was faulty. I am an amputee and had to opt for a non accessible bath not to mention the slip danger on a wet floor. What is disappointing is no form of compensation was offered.

The staff (the woman at the desk) when I asked for one hour more before the checkout, was rude.

It was close to downtown

I love the location of the hotel in Palm Springs because I can walk to everything.

The gentleman at the front desk was really nice but that is the only thing I can say positive. The room look really run down. Bathroom specifically was in desperate need of updating. The towel bar fell as my wife hung a towel. The shower had paint chipping on the upper walls. The outside pf the building looked better than the inside.

The location was good but the property was a bit outdated.

Hotel looks nice from the outside. The inside is dirty, our room had cockroaches in the bathroom. I had no shampoo or conditioner and the guy about my room was extremely nosy as he walked around.

From the outside it looks very nice, on the inside it's dreary and dated. The trash in my kitchen bin was not emptied from the guests before. The bath tub drain was slightly clogged and the water pressure is low. Other than that it was pleasant.

Very decrepit building

We're staying here for a few days. I like that its pet friendly and I like the areas to walk them. Quiet area and the hotel has been quite inside. The kitchens and laundry facilities are great to save money on food and get caught up from traveling.

The outside is very nice. Inside dark. Dirty.
Didn’t get much sleep 2nd night loud music called the front desk and then woke up at 5 from same room screaming and yelling.
I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

The staff at check was great. Really nice people. But there were issues with the room There was a loud rattling noise in the overhead ventilation system, really loud, all nigh long. The condition of the furniture and room was poor, very beat-up, burn marks onthe bed side table, empty screw holes and bolts sticking up on the table were the TV was located, long black hairs in the shower (not mine) obviously hadn't been cleaned at all, half the light bulbs were burned out. The only thing in the entire room was an ironing board and iron, and 5 plastic hangers, no closet, just an open alcove. Oh, and NO ICE machine anywhere in the whole building, staff just said "there's no ice you can make ice in the ice trays in the frig in your room (yes 4 hours later)
AND TOTAL FRAUD. The hotels.com web site say FREE BREAKFAST, HA HA HA The free "breakfast" is cooffee from a dispenser jug, dry oatmeal, 3 kinds of granola bars, and package muffins (tiny) that's it. THER"S NO BREAKFAST. When I booked the reservation I figured "gee breakfast in Palm Springs would cost me $30.00 and this is free, sign me up.." NOT

The computer was down and was not allowed a room. Very hard to get a refund for my booking and payment in advance. Then very difficult to find another place for the night. Will think real hard about staying again
