Situated in Alaska, this lovely house for £311 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. All rooms will be sprayed with disinfectant between guests. Your safety is most important to me! Check out the video walkthrough of this amazing home! This bluff property is home to a 2400 sq. ft. custom 3-bed/3½ bath house that can accommodate up to 8 people and is close to Homer. Each bedroom has an incredible view, its own bathroom, and has either 2 single or 1 king-sized bed so it can accommodate couples or singles. It has a 180-degree view of Kachemak Bay and the Alaskan Mountain range. Its large yard has a fire pit and picnic table as well as a big deck with a Weber Grill. Inside its open floor plan is a comfortable place to enjoy each other’s company. Because I've rented many houses that include very little, this house is super stocked. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including coffee, flour, sugar, spices, and detergent. Linens, towels, laundry soap, and shampoo are also provided. This is an amazing spot; quiet, private yet close to town with an awesome view! I would love to meet you and am happy to answer any questions you might have. It was a wonderful view and good stay. One complaint would be that there was way too many spiders. They would fall into the bed while sleeping. We know these spiders do not bite but it is annoying when your trying to sleep. It could use some fans and the dryer needs attention. Overall the views were spectacular and all else was good.

Spectacular location. Has a master bedroom and attached bath upstairs. All other bedrooms are downstairs. Cliffside location so it may not be appropriate for small children.

Owner was good with communication. She set up beds per our request. Beautiful views and good furnishings. Deck overlooking the gulf is amazing. Only negative was that windows did not have screens so bugs could come in if they are open. Thanks for the great property!

Home is really comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lots of sparkling windows to view the mountains and ocean from all the rooms, and a plus to have three and a half baths. It would be helpful to have screens on the windows to get fresh air without bugs. Home could use a thorough dusting and cleaning.

We loved our stay here! The view was incredible and the house was perfect. It was clean, easy and had everything we needed. We even saw a bear, a moose and it’s baby in the backyard!! We would absolutely stay here again.

Christine was extremely communicative from the start and all throughout our visit. The house was stocked with all we thought + more and not just your typical starter packs. We had 7 adults staying and the layout was perfect for everyone to gather and also to take a minute away from the group. We used the grill and loaded kitchen to cook several meals. Our only issue - which may be new is that the dryer took 3 or 4 cycles to dry clothing.

Our visit to Homer was made especially wonderful by our stay at this gorgeous property. The view alone makes it worthwhile. But the owners have put a lot of thought and attention to the living space. It is okay well appointed, clean and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for larger groups to spread out and be comfortable. We will be back!!!

We are repeat customers as the Raven is ideal for our family. They have thought of everything, from the stocked kitchen to the collection of games. The place is immaculate with a great lawn for the children to play on and spectacular views. We even saw whales! We highly recommend the Raven rental.

Christi was a great host , we had a long Chet and warm welcome. The property is located in a peaceful part of the town . All the emenities were as advertise and more . Lots of space . And finally the view was a postcard picture. I will recommend the place without reservation .
