Location was excellent, close to all the main attractions
No toilette in bathroom, towels were smelly and the bathroom tub could be cleaner..

Location. Close to everything!
The room is above a jazz club and they play all evening until late hours extremely loud. Construction accross the street so noise during the day. In a nutshell, Never a quiet moment. It seems the lock code never changes. Random people would open the door and come in while we were in living room. Then ecuse themselves and leave. I guess they were hoping the unit was vacant so they can stay for free. The unit realy needs a facelift. The floors are all old abd cracked. Washer machine is extremely loud and knocks when it spins so we had to leave when it was running. The TV kept cutting in and out due to choppy internet.

Outstanding location and great AC (very needed). Easy access from street (door code) and in the unit (separate code).
Two main issues, neither is a dealbreaker but they are negatives: one bedroom doesn't get much AC unless the bedroom door stays open, and the wifi is awful (often websites won't even load).

Great location, very nice apartment

The unit is just fantastic!
Location is almost ideal, and I will talk a little a bit about it in the downside, the appartement is nicely decorated, any cookware and appliances you can think about is available.
It was perfectly clean and mattresses are good too. Molly was nice, efficient and answered promptly, thanks again for everything!
The only downside is that the appartement is surrounded by bars and the Main Street which is extremely noisy on Saturday nights.
By extremely noisy I mean people yelling up to 3am and engines roaring everywhere.
But on Sunday we slept like babies :)

The apartment was very spacious and spotless (still smelled like PineSol when we walked in---that might bother some people, but to me it meant CLEAN!) Beautiful floor to ceiling windows and super high ceilings! We had 2 adults (my husband and I) and 2 teens (17-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son). There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Our daughter used the 2nd bedroom and our son slept on the couch in the living room. Both bedrooms had huge closets and giant full-length mirrors. The bathroom was a little small, but has a linen closet to store toiletries. Washer and dryer in the room. Great location, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only a few blocks from the River Walk which had awesome restaurants and shops. We loved the Olympia Café for lunch and Barracuda Bob's for dinner. I liked that you had to have a code to get into the building and into the room, so there was no key to keep up with!
Parking was a huge challenge. We had to park at the bank behind the building to unload and pull our suitcases across the parking lot because there was no parking available on the street. We drove around for quite some time on several occasions trying to find a parking space near the apartment, but ended up having to park at the garage about 4-5 blocks away.
The location was great because of proximity to everything, but that also meant a very busy (and LOUD) street at night. We were there Friday and Saturday night (July 24th & 25th) and both nights there were cars revving their engines and racing down Broughton until at least 1am (when I finally went to sleep). Also sirens both nights and loud revelers (laughing, yelling) on the street below.

Location and the design/aesthetics
Nothing. I do like when there's coffee/Keurig and little snacks but it's just a convenient perk. I don't remember if this place has that. There were a little bag of chips but it was 2 of us staying there
