Nice and friendly staff
Clean room
Quiet location
Parking space
Thin walls. Noisy hotel. When in the room you could hear everything from the bar en noises in the corridors. Unfortunately people have become selfish and don’t consider other guests who go to bed earlier after a whole day’s drive
Bar was supposes to close at 10pm but noise until midnight. Did’t get much sleep

This hotel is located in the surburbs of Inverness so you will need a car or use public transport to stay here. The hotel has a country style retro feel. The rooms were clean and well presented. A bonus was that our room was larger than we expected with a lounge area. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had both Dinner and Breakfast here and the quality of the food was very good. On site car parking also a bonus. Thanks again to all the staff.
Nothing. All fine.

Good location. Breakfast was more than substantial with plenty of options and huge servings! Staff were all so helpful and friendly - gave us heaps of options of things to do in the area. We ate dinner here both nights and the meals were decent. Peter was very friendly and even gave us a lovely little Christmas gift on our departure which was very kind. Rooms were clean and warm - we had the adjoining rooms for a family of three which was handy. From the street this place doesn’t look too flash but don’t let that put you off!

This adorable hotel was wonderful. There is hiking and history in walking distance, and it’s in a lovely bit of countryside. The staff was friendly, the food was awesome, and it was a great stay just outside the Inverness city center.
No complaints!

Friendly staff, nice quiet location, room was cosy with very comfy bed and thankfully a powerful shower which you don't often find at hotels.
The breakfast was amazing, poached egg just fab!
Everything we needed and will stay again even if we're wanting to go to the city centre as it's easy to get to.

Local pub so has that kind of atmosphere. Great breakfast and really friendly staff
Our room was above the beer garden and when I opened the window to keep my kids and I cool to sleep the smoke from the smokers came straight into the room. It was a Saturday night so the pub was busy and quite noisy when they were outside our room. It's what you expect being the local pub.

Room 16 felt like a sauna. No ability to open velux window.

I enjoyed the breakfast, very friendly staff and they kept my luggage for me which was very kind of them. I really appreciated the tour guides and leaflets in room showing places and things to do. Beds were super comfy and really enjoyed the bath as not a big fan of showers!
Water left in rooms as felt thirsty but they did have a Bar downstairs to be fair but would prefer to have stayed in room with water, did use tap tho and tasted nice so can’t complain to much on. Did not like the mini fridge in room or curtains as a bit outdated and tacky. Bottom of stairs before reception smelt like urine which wasn’t very nice. Also was slightly outside the center which made it a little bit awkward to get to as wasnt many taxis available and took ages to arrive as a result. Honestly overall a good experience and the staff and place was decent just those few little things I would say

We had a very comfy night! Staff were lovely, very friendly and on the ball. Great breakfast, I especially loved my mushrooms (and the tomato)! All in all, I'll happily come back if I need a hotel around Inverness again!
We enjoyed our stay! Finding something negative to say would be nitpicking! We'll probably be back at some point!

It was perfect for a one night stay not far from the Culloden battlefield
On the edge of a housing estate so not particularly scenic
