Situated in Napa Valley, this charming house for R 60,159 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Important note: Help us maintain our business license & neighborly relations. There’s a growing community concern regarding gatherings in light of the current health crisis among susceptible populations, especially elderly and many of our neighbors are. Thank you so much for your kind consideration. PROPERTY OVERVIEW Minutes to wineries and the Napa River, this luxe 4BR/4.5BA multi-level property has a separate guest house. Overlooking the valley and just a few blocks to downtown Napa and Oxbow. Dine al fresco on four decks with lavish vistas. Sleeps 14. Enjoy a festive game night in the bonus room, complete with a card table, large flat screen TV, ample seating, and a pull out sofa bed. All the TV sets in both houses have HBO Max to watch any movies you want! We do not have cable but we have YoutubeTV which has over 80 major channels. It is connected to fiber optics internet system with 1GB speed all for your viewing pleasure! LIVING AREAS In the main house, gather in the living room with plenty of seating and screen a film on the 42” flat screen TV. Or relax in the lower-level bonus room with a card table, bean bag chairs, a pull-out sofa, and a 40” flat screen TV. Located across the driveway, the separate guest house has a stylish and modern living room with comfy couches and a 52” flat screen TV also with HBO Max and Youtube TV KITCHEN & DINING The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel Thermador appliances, a breakfast table for eight, a marble island with seating for three, and a wet bar with a wine fridge. Gather for meals in the dining room with gorgeous vistas and seating for 10. The guest house offers a second full kitchen, stocked with the gadgets you might need to make meals and an eight-person dining table. BEDROOMS & BATHS Find quiet privacy in the luxurious master bedroom with a king bed, wraparound windows, a balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, double vanity, immense soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The junior master bedroom boasts a king bed, a balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A third bedroom provides a queen bed, a ceiling fan, and a desk. A bonus room has a sofa bed. A guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower and modern art. An additional half bathroom is located just off the laundry room. In the separate guest house, the bedroom features a king-size bed, sitting area, and a private balcony. The loft includes two queen beds and two skylights. Since it is a loft, please be aware that there is no privacy. The bathroom in the guest house offers a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREAS Soak up the California sun on the main balcony, offering incredible valley views, a grill, and plenty of seating for your whole party. Another balcony can be found between the master bedroom and the junior master suite. The guest house features a balcony off the bedroom with a table for two, as well as a second balcony with ample seating for nine. Excellent views, comfortable stay, ideal location with access to local town (restaurants, grocery store etc) and easy access to many vineyards. One suggestion would be to have outdoor umbrellas available for use in the balcony. That would allow customers to enjoy the balcony even during the day when the sun is straight above.

The house has beautiful views of Napa and is in a great location. The guest house has 2 beds upstairs but it is metal winding stair case so you need to be very careful.

The location was great for wine tasting and the overall space was great for our group of 10 adults. The beds were very comfortable and the views were second to none.
The house in general is in need of some upkeep. Quite a few things were broken or did not work. Also, the only bathroom in the carriage house is on the bottom floor so a long way down two flights of stairs for anyone staying in the loft.

Gorgeous views! Great house and location!
We stayed here for my 50th and had a blast! Great house with lots of room for everyone to spread out. 5 mins from downtown Napa. The beds are heavenly and the views are spectacular! Watching the turkeys from the balcony was very entertaining. Highly recommend!

A Dream Escape!
What an incredible home! We spent two shorts nights here and wish we would have had more time! In fact, we cancelled some of our plans so that we could hang at the house longer. The sunsets, the views, the space...a total dream!
The only challenge was the very steep driveway. We had a large SUV and it was quite difficult getting down the driveway, with limited visibility. With the added rain, we only had one driver that was talented enough to do it! This wouldn't prevent us from staying again, but certainly something to be aware of.

Incredible View in Napa
Incredible house and really looks just like the pictures show, and I will definitely try to book again in the future. Plenty of space for large groups and kitchen is well stocked with supplies to cook if you wanted to dine in. Everything is very clean and Steve is very quick to respond and keeps updated with you to see if you need anything during your stay.

This property is absolutely amazing and well stocked. Great for family gatherings! Pictures were accurate, property was clean and well maintained. The beds were sooo comfortable - comparable to 5 star hotels. Definitely will recommend and book again.

Honestly the best experience we have had renting a home!! It's was comfortable, relaxing, clean sand perfect!! Lots of room as we worked from home and the kids had their own place!! We loved it and wish we could have stayed..

Amazing house!
The house is in a perfect location - a few minutes drive to downtown Napa, and has a breathtaking view. Beautiful kitchen, with all essential supplies. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat...except that we did have a big problem with bedbugs in the guest house loft. The two people that slept in the loft were covered with bedbug bites. So I can't recommend staying there until the owners take care of that issue.

Large rental with amazing views.
Very impressive views and spacious accommodations. Everything was as expected from the listing and more. The main house is more opulent, but that is to be expected. Perfect for 10-12 guests.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Had 5 couples stay for a long weekend. Beautiful view and setting. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some amazing meals! 5 star rating for sure!

Overall it was a good experience. I do think a few staples could be provided. We had to purchase trash bags and paper towels. Most everything else was provided. Pretty good location. Very clean! The view is amazing!!

Napa Valley Friends Trip
Overall the house was good. The view was amazing and is completely undersold when you look at the pictures of the house. The patios are definitely the best feature. The house is also very close to downtown Napa which was great. However there were several things that could have improved the experience - the kitchen is not appropriately equipped to have 10 people stay at the house (for example, there were only 8 normal size dinner plates and the pots/pans/serving utensils were in short supply if you wanted to cook), there were lights that were out or flickered and popped as if they were about to go out in the guest house bathroom and the living room, the speakers did not work in all of the rooms, we had to plug our phone into the speaker system in the living room and then keep going back and forth from the kitchen to change the music which was annoying, and finally the downstairs at the guest house smelled terrible. I don't know if it was mold or what but it was a terrible mildewy smell that almost made us gag. We also had to replace the propane for the grill while we were there. It's the little things like that that I would expect to be done for somewhere as nice as this location.

The home was absolutely beautiful and spacious. The views were incredible and home was perfectly located just 5 min outside of downtown Napa. Would come back anytime!

There is a funky smell throughout. The water takes 5 minutes to get hot and to think that you could have 4-5 people in there using one tiny bath with two spiral stairs to go from floor to floor is problematic at best.
I give the main house 5 stars and the guest house 3 for an average of 4.

Gorgeous views yet close to Napa city center
We enjoyed a terrific weekend in this home. The kitchen is well stocked with flatware (including , cookware, plates and Laguiole knives for 12). Plenty of stemware, albeit mismatched from wine an impressive number of Napa valley wine tastings. The main house is suitably finished for even highly discerning guests. The overflow sleeping in the guest house is less refined, but clean and functional if your party requires additional bed space. The balconies and unfettered views make the property.

Awesome Views!
We had a wonderful time in this amazing house. Crystal was fantastic and met us when we arrived to give us some additional information about the house and answer any questions we had. She gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly! She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and wineries as well. At one point, we were unable to find extra sheets and she had some dropped off for us, along with chocolate! Very hospitable.
