Aircon didn’t work in room, was way too hot. Member of staff opened window for us. Road too noisy to sleep with the window open. Got moved for our 2nd night. Rooms are a bit strange with layout and decor

Was very disappointed, our room was called comfort, but there was no bath which was in the photos, the sofa was under the Tv, no English programs just News, a shower that dripped from the ceiling shower when the hand shower was in use, the electric system is ridiculous, flickering lights and no light at all one night, also I asked whether the pool was open and it took two days to reply, on checkout they tried to charge two days breakfast and we only had one, the staff need customer service training as they were not apologetic for anything, the hotel is trendy in a good location but not one I would recommend

Rooms are nice, service is ok, WiFi was very weak. This really makes a difference especially as I had to go to the local coffee shop to get large files sent. I reported this to the night team who tried to tell me that that's not the case. I explained the signal and speed was slow and this hindered work getting done. However no solution to the matter was offered. If your staying for pleasure then it's a very decent hotel.

Good location. Nice room but small.
Staff snooty, restaurants closed. Breakfast overpriced at 38 euros each. Parking cost crazy at 40 euros for Valet VIP and they want a tip on top. Actually asked for it.

This is an extremely nice hotel with very service minded and professional staff. Everything was perfect during our stay. The breakfast buffet was superb and the location is great, close to everything in Vienna.

Good experience in the middle of Vienna, good location, 2 internal important and well known restaurants, with austrian specialties. the only thing I didn't like is that you have to buy the entire breakfast and you can not choose a simple dish.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The room and bathroom were so well appointed and romantic. I loved that the toilet was truly separate from the shower. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The view out the large window was nice. We were able to walk to the ballet from the hotel. The restaurant downstairs has great schnitzel.

The 8th floor area has a great view over the roofs. Loved having a gym. It is central to all the major sites making a very walkable visit. It is also central to public transportation.

Its the 2:nd time we visited this wonderful hotel this year and they delivered the same high level of service, comfort and quality like last time!
The breakfast is lovely with the stunning view of Vienna skyline, the location is great and the service is wonderful.
We will be back for the third time for sure!

Hallo, overall we have enjoed very much our stay at the hotel.
Couple of comments to the rooms - what can be improved:
1. no drawers - nowhere to put our clothes. There are some hangers to hang our clothes - but no drawers at all to put tshirts, underwear, foldable clothes etc. When you stay for 1 night - it might be ok - but for several days it becomes very inconvenient.
2. Lights - no independent control over the light - all or nothing. thanks God you can dimm it all, but still, when you turn it on - everything turns on. When you turn it off - everything goes off.
3. The floor lamp between the bed and the shower can´t be fixed - it shall be repaired.
We have stayed at the room 528.

It was a convenient location for our last day in the Central Europe - walking distance to key landmarks plus easy 20 min taxi drive to the airport.
The hotel restaurants on the ground floor offer great food.

Amazing hotel in brilliant location with excellent service. Especially loved the rooftop pool and bar. Would definitely return.

Great hotel, but we were very disappointed in their managements decision to do maintenance that required glue, and released toxic chemicals in the air while guests lounged by the pool in 90 degree weather. When brought up, I was reassured it was “not toxic” but let me tell you it was. Strange lack of judgement that put an err on the whole experience. Location is good, rooms are small.

The building and the larger rooms are pleasant and most of the staff are professional and accomodating. They struggle to keep up with a five star reputation however, perhaps best symbolised by their 2 by 4 meter tub they have the balls to call a pool aswell as their ridiculous prices. Only book if you get a heavy discount On the rooms and make sure breakfast is included if you care to eat at the hotel.
On the positive side; it is a very nice 4* with an excellent location.

Absolutely amazing stay for my husbands 50th birthday. The room was perfect with all the requests I made (quiet room, closed off bathroom, large as possible) and there was even complimentary Prosecco and a cake for the celebration when we arrived. The bed was so comfy we slept better than we usually do at home.
We love the 8th floor with the plunge pool perfect for a hot days sightseeing and the balcony at night for a drink before bed.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Vienna.

is everything we dreamed of and more. So beautifully decorated, with a magical pool. The staff met our expectations above and beyond. The location couldn’t be better. Will definitely return!

Nice hotel….good location

Good hotel. Excellent location. Only one complaint: On the first night we had dinner at the main restaurant Meissl & Schadn. While the food and ambience was as described in the Michelin Guide, the service was unusually unprofessional. I hardly know where to start. Could be the difficulty in getting serviced; the inability to get a dry martini ('We do not serve cocktails'); serving the main course less than 5 minutes after welcome drinks - and the list goes on. Simply not good enough and a poor start to our stay!

Excellent hotel in great location on the ring, hip and fun but with a look at tradition. The reception lady at arrival was great, all other staff more formal and at times with limited knowledge of English. Comfort level is high including a (very small) pool on the rooftop. Too bad no espresso machine in the room. Also the ‘open bathroom’ solution, while giving the impression of space, is not the most convenient when not traveling alone. Many opportunities for meals in the premises, with the great Wiener schnitzel restaurant to be preferred!

The room was beautifully decorated, location excellent.

Very friendly service and staff were great. Rooftop pool and restaurant upstairs and downstairs were a highlight. Very central and hip, convenient.
They should specify the shower is next to the bed/ you don’t have a separate bathroom with the shower and toilet, the sink and shower are actually in the bedroom. The lighting in the room was also very confusing, you could not turn off the top light without turning all the other lights off, made it inconvenient in the evening to have mood lighting.

We had a lovely stay at your hotel. It is in a great location for walking near attractions , the Plaka, delish restaurants. We had a nice room and felt safe.

Staff was indifferent and room was very small. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
