Great location, very clean but pricey.

Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were old

Not enough toilet paper and kleenex, had to go to front desk to request more. Didn’t have face cloths and only had had two glasses. The unit needs some minor repairs. Otherwise we would have rated the unit good to excellent.

I stayed three nights and the sink was clogged, shower was broken, the Wi-Fi and cable kept going out. The room didn’t have a coffee maker, microwave or even a bucket for ice. The soap bar was the smallest I have ever seen.

Pictures on website ARE NOT what the rooms look like. Refrigerator doesn’t work; bed pillows are timy (14x14); no closet; no elevator to 2nd floor; walls hace chipped off paint & stucco; no snack machines; noisy environment.

If you book your reservations on Hotels.com, this property does not look like the pictures posted. This hotel needs a lot of upgrades including paint, telephones and microwaves in the rooms. A bigger TV that works would be nice too. I would not recommend staying here unless you dont care about the amenities that come with rooms these days. Dont let the pictures fool you.

Property is ok, it is in a good location close to downtown. Room has no phone to call down to front desk if you need anything. Booked room for 2 people and they only gave us 1 set of towels. Asked for another set, was told it would be sent up, never came. Had to get a set from housekeeping the next morning. No hot water, just warm water in shower and fridge didn't work. This place is just ok for a night or two, only because of its location.

The showers were a bit dated. It was a simple place that was fine for just sleeping.

We had a quick trip to town and stayed here for one night. Check in and check out were fantastic/painless; the staff was pleasant and efficient. Our room was clean and adequately supplied for our brief stay. It's worth noting that this is an older building in regards to general wear-and-tear, sound insulation, etc. We were fine and slept comfortably! A reasonably priced option if you have a quick stay in/around downtown P.S.

Basic place to stay. Minimal everything. They gave us one towel. And the heater did not work. Did not like the evidence of sketchy people hanging around the hotel at night.

Unfortunately we were disabppointed with this property. It was definitely average and the amentities were limited. There was no clock, microwave or coffee pot in the room. You had to go to the office to get coffee and often the desk clerk was busy or the coffee was cold. There was no laundry on site and a ridicuous charge of $50 for a pet. Pretty limited for the price.

Checking in, the desk attendant and two other people were just sitting around the lobby chatting. It felt very uncomfortable walking in to check in. When I got to the room, it was dirty. Bed linens were wrinkled, towels were damp, room was muggy, and there were LIVE bugs in the bathroom and tub. Unless you are just here to party, stay away from this place. Will not be staying there again. You truly get what you pay for. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else! I was facing the pool and even without it being “in season”, it was still loud and rowdy. Someone tried to walk into my room and break down the door while I was in it thinking it was their room.

We stayed here with family for a night. Nothing good about this hotel. It looked more like a Motel. No elevator so tough to take your luggage if you get a room in 2nd floor. Property looked very old. Neighbors were making noise until past mid night.

While we have quite the list of things wrong, let me start by saying that the staff really tried their best and helped us try to fix everything quickly. First, the bigger problems: 1. When we checked in, the lock scanned our key, but the door didn't open. The person who checked us in was very responsive and allowed us to change rooms. 2. The shower. The knob was so loose it was inoperable and needed to be tightened by the person at the desk. Again, she was very responsive and fixed it right away. 3. Keys died. After one night's stay, they died and did not let us into our rooms. Again, they fixed the problem quickly. Our smaller issues included the decor and fixtures being broken and loose, including the toilet with a glued-together tank lid, and the headboards on the wall which were loose and coming off the wall. The door to the room was also not seated in the frame properly which resulted in a gap between the door and the frame. It was secured with a deadbolt, so at least security wasn't a concern. The central location in Palm Springs was ideal, the neighborhood was quiet and we really liked having multiple entrances to the hotel on 2 streets. Being dog-friendly was awesome. They offered complimentary coffee and tea, but the office was usually locked so you couldn't get any- likely because the single staff member was constantly out fixing problems around the property.

For the price it was right.

this property really needs a makeover, there was loose linoleum in the bathroom, there were flies in the room, it was noisy, the front desk clerk seemed apathetic, However, the housekeepers were extremely nice

Customer service was ok not so friendly or welcoming. Rooms need more than one hand soap or toilet paper or towels when is a family staying. Another thing website says different and property wants to charge when it says free or welcoming pets ect.

I would have enjoyed my stay as the room and property were clean and well maintained, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable resulting in very little sleep.
