There is a cafe on the ground floor. It has very nice staff who make very tasty drinks.

– Early Check-In Issue: We pre-arranged an early check-in for 10 AM with the manager. However, upon arrival at 10:30 AM, we were informed that the previous guests would leave at 11 AM and check-in was only possible from 2 PM onwards, despite earlier promises to accommodate an earlier time. – Room Misrepresentation: The listing advertised a room with a veranda on the third floor; instead, we were given a room on the second floor. The photos in the listing showed two different bathrooms and a terrace that actually belonged to another room, falsely implying more space. – Inadequate Bathroom Facilities: The bathroom lacked essential features such as towel hooks and a shower curtain, leading to a permanently wet floor. Our request for cleaning tools was met with an offer of just more towels. Additionally, there was persistent dampness that caused mold on the ceiling. – Room Discomforts: The room displayed visible mold on the ceiling and was floored with linoleum which concealed underlying dirt. The bedding and pillows were not only grey instead of white as advertised but also had a noticeable unpleasant smell. The absence of shelves and wardrobes created inconvenience for a stay longer than two days. – Noise Levels: The noise from the cafe located on the first floor and traffic from the busy intersection made our stay on the second floor very noisy. Although we were informed that noise was prohibited after 10 PM, the cafe played music until 11 PM. Upon querying, the manager lacked courtesy and did not offer an apology for the discrepancy. – Comparative Value: When compared to other accommodations, such as those in Hanoi where we experienced better conditions for less money, the pricing of this establishment seemed excessively high.
