房东的服务很好，这里提供很多语言的服务，特别是中文服务，总是回复的非常及时且能满足客户的需求。同时位置绝佳，距离市中心的各个景点都不远，基本上都能走路过去。对接的外国小哥特别好且细心，给我们详细的介绍了所有的器械使用细节以及需要注意遵守的规则。

Location was very good, 5-10 min walk to petrona towers. Accomodation was good size and spacious, 2 bathrooms. Metro was few mins walk. 7/11 downstairs We had an issue with the a.c it stopped working and apparantlly this affected the above all floors from 7-39. This was resolved and we changed rooms to lower floor. Communication was good and fast from the owner. Enjoyed our stay

No one cleaned the rooms whilst our stay for 4 days The pools if you use there is a charge, which was on booking infor, but we didnt see this.

Spacious three bedroom apartment in a great location 15 minutes from Petronas Towers and very close to Bukit Nanas station. Apartment was clean and well equipped with cooking and washing machine facilities.

To use the pool you must pay a seperate fee. The final price you will pay for the apartment is not what you have accepted on booking.com extra charges can be about 25% extra. The apartment is still quite good value for money, but the system of extra hidden charges seems quite unfair on customers. You will also have to pay a 400 ringgit security deposit in cash and then make an arrangement with the management to get it back. It’s not particularly convenient as the result is you have to specify an exact check out time.

They really coordinate with me from the time i booked the Apartment and the host was so friendly and was there at the property to handover the keys on time without me keep waiting with my kids and baggage.
