Clean, very convenient transportation, fantastic, economic accommodation, good for solo traveller

The staff is welcoming, the place is very clean, there is staff available at the reception 24/7, the wifi works well.

The private rooms are insanely small, I didn't measure the size but I think it's smaller than 10 square meters. It is only suitable if you have a backpack, because there is no place to open sutcases (but there is a closet). There is no air conditioner or fan, but only a very small window - and although during my stay in Istanbul the nights were very pleasant and even a little cool, the room was dense and hot and I could not sleep. In addition, the room I got was on the fifth floor, and when I asked the receptionist for help carrying the luggage up the stairs (weighing a total of 30 kg), he replied that it was a low-budget hostel and they don't provide such a service. In the end, someone from the street helped me, but it left me with a very bad feeling, because in my opinion It's not about the services included but about simple humanity. Also, the place is really close to the Metro station, but this neighborhood is quite far from all the attractions and central areas, and each trip takes at least 20 minutes. Lastly, it's not stated clearly enough here, so I feel it's worth emphasizing that what you get is really just a room furnished with bed, wardrobe, table and mini fridge - no toilet paper in the bathroom, no towel, no soap in the kitchen.

Super convenient location, very practical space

Be realistic about expectations - it is clearly a long term dorm for students so the gentleman in the reception doesnt speak any english, no shared utensils in the kitchen, etc.

The location it’s perfect, it’s a place to stay for long term. You need to bring all your stuff with you.
