I didn’t like anything at all

I couldn’t stay like for half an hour because of the super dirty apartment there was hair everywhere and the bathroom smells even the sofa you can feel the sofa springs when you sit on it, also there was a cigarette in the kitchen sink. I had to contact the owner and he told me they will call the cleaner and it shows with only one dirty towel i don’t know how she can clean the whole apartment. I contact the owner to give my money back and they refused to send it back! I hope you help me with this situation i want my money back! I also have some pictures to show you what the apartment looked like.

Do not have any cup. Need to provide cup. Do not have wipe tablecloths, unable to clean table after use. Luckily i bring myself. Found some ant at pillow and wall.
