Location.
Cheap, uncomfortable mattress. Hot water frequently not available. Very noisy (needs double glazing). Dirt and limescale in the shower. Cupboard space taken up by cleaning materials. No bedside lights. Only one chair. TV not working. Window blind broken.

Nice and tidy place.
During summer is quite hot and because it’s a small apartment the hot gets stuck, specially on the top floor where is the bedroom. A fan would be nice to get rid of the hot ambiance.
