Amazing stay as always and a great breakfast
One thing we have noticed about staying at the double tree, we have stayed over 3 times now and the first time room was nice and spacious and a lovely view of the front, but the last two times we have been put in a slightly smaller room compared to the first and bad view of the ac units on roof which was a shame

Mostly very good, but see below
Breakfast staff rushed us and others after 10am well before 10.30 trying to remove unfinished plates without asking and clearing and setting tables adjacent to ours. This gave an unfortunate flavour to the breakfast experience.
More training is needed here.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Valletta . Close to many sight seeing attractions . Walking distance to cafes and bars . And very close to Strait street . The hotel is immaculate with beautiful marbles stairs and tasteful decor. Special mention to Olena who gave us very useful information about Malta and places to visit . She had a lovely personality and went over and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted it to be .
There isn’t anything we didn’t like but you do need to remember where it is located and Strait street is noisy so be prepared !

Location is great. Very central. Close to all main attractions, restaurants, cafes, pubs.
It did not feel clean.
