Staff helpful location good

It was very cold in the restaurant and bar breakfast all a bit haphazard ! Some of the rooms cold difficult to understand the heating system and lighting not good at all in the bedrooms. Lift very very slow ! Very difficult for the parking .

We found the traditional cosy room to be a good size for 2 adults. The room and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated. Location was great too, short walking distance to the town and parts of Bath we wanted to visit.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were lovely, especially the women who served us breakfast. It’s only a short walk to the city centre and train station, prefect for the short stay we had.

The hotel heating is very frugal? We had to ask for a radiator in our room after being told the room heater had been set with a restriction? The dining area was also very cool / drafty which is surprising for middle of November. We ended up with portable radiator switched on in our room all the time so it did not prove cost effective! Also although breakfast enjoyable - a desert spoon of baked beans seems unnecessarily sparse ! Why bother with them? Come on Radison - push the boat out a little ! dont give the impression of being tight

The hotel was just what we wanted, the suite provided the much needed gathering point for our reunion. You ask about walking around the property's neigbourhood, that would have been lovely had it been dry, I know you can't control the weather.

Great little hotel, comfy beds, good breakfast, very attentive staff.

The bathroom may have been bigger. Shower window not big enough. In order to avoid water running out, you have to turn your back to the wall, which is not a comfortable position for a shower.

Excellant location to explore Bath. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast is top notch.

Outside space would be lovely on a hot day but there are loads of lovely places in Bath to go in the sunshine. And you need an ashtray out the front of the hotel to stop people leaving fag nuts on the floor.

The room was nice and comfy. The location was perfect - everything was walkable and the street was nice and quiet.

Not much. We had breakfast one morning, which was very nice but took ages to be prepared (30+ mins)

- Good distance to the Roman Bath. - Bed is comfy. - the room is aesthetically pleasing.

- The walls are so thin so it could be tricky to sleep if your neighbors are still active. - Some details in the room are overlooked.

Friendly reception and considerate room arrangements

Excellent location and very friendly staff, The room was better than I expected and very comfortable. I was able to find parking easily and access Bath very quickly for sites and food.

The room was clean and tidy, the fridge didn't work very well and there was a smell of drains in the bathroom ( it was on the top floor.

The hotel was close enough to the centre but far out enough that you could not hear any noise from restaurants, bars or the street.

The room did not look like the photographs presented by the hotel, and it did did not have air conditioning despite being listed in its facilities. The window only opened about 2 inches so it became very hot, leading to a restless night.

Interior design beautiful & clean really clean! The staff very friendly & helpful. I think at reception they should explain more about staying a few doors up & food being a T the main one only, as I'm on crutches so a bit uncertain about looking for the restraint at breakfast and hobbling along to move buildings. Next time I will ask.

Short walk from city centre. I absolutely loved the bathroom, very modern.

Had pigeons infront of my window and they judged every move I did.

The room was large and well furnished. The shower was excellent also and everything was very clean. Situated in a lovely location, close to everything but in a quiet street. The staff were lovely!

My stay was flawless. The location is amazing!! The staff was so nice and helpful. They let me check-in early when I arrived to Bath and also kept my luggage safe at the reception after my check-out so I could enjoy the city a bit more. Their single room is definitely enough for one. Would recommend to anyone!!

The hotel was in a great location, 10 mins walking distance from the trainstation and very central while still being in a quiet, charming street.

Our room was relatively small, so I wouldn’t recommend it for an extended stay. For two nights it was good!
