We had the most amazing stay at Roseate Villa Bath. We were upgraded to a suite which was so comfortable and relaxing but the whole hotel is appealing with interesting and tasteful decor. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic bathroom and huge shower and freestanding bath. We had the continental breakfast and it was filling and tasty. The staff were unanimously attentive, friendly and helpful. Arranging breakfast at short notice.Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location within easy walking distance of Bath and all the main attractions. The parking on site was a bonus and was worth the additional charge. We would definitely stay again.

The location was fabulous

Our room 16 didn't have a wardrobe. Just 4 coat-hooks on the wall with hangers, The suitcase stand was below it which negated hanging up a dress. The decor looked very tired, paint was peeling badly on the window and a chair had stains on it. In the bathroom, there was nor enough shelf space for washbags, the towel rail wasn't clean where the towels weren't hanging, the inside bottom of the shower door wasn't clean and caulk needed to be applied to the shelf top edges over the toilet. Coffee served at breakfast, should have been much better. We were seated by a window, which had 2 dead flies on it. I don't expect to be charged a daily rate (£20) by a hotel to park my car in their own grounds.
