convenience,
the fact i had to park at the convention Centre and carry my items back to the hotel. We were going to opt for valet parking but drove around the block four times and could not get a park to come into reception to organise valet parking. This needs some considerations.

Staff were great and helpful, great location. We asked to change one of our rooms on arrival, it was processed quickly without issue. On checkout we left our bags at reception and our car in their car park and went exploring for another few hours. Great service. The rooms were basic but comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. You can hear the trains but it didn’t bother us, everyone was so tired from our days out that we slept through it all.
Would have been nice for the water bottle to be filled up when we arrived initially. We had to go down stairs and fill it ourselves.

Large room. Great shower.
Room very no frills budget looking. Bed uncomfortable, parking is a joke have to park in convention centre and walk luggage back to hotel.
