Property was in an ideal position! Close to great food and drink, the theatre, wheel of Brisbane etc. we didn’t need the car the whole weekend :)

Location. Close to theatre where my son was performing in Beauty and The Beast. South Bank is beautiful. The hotel was wonderful, clean, people friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, the variety and quality of the food was wonderful.

The pillows were too high.

We were on the 10th floor so the view was great, loved being able to see. rooms was large, beds comfortable and very clean, having a lounge also was nice to relax on, and a balcony to sit outside. There was no noise from other customers so felt very private. The proximity to southbank is excellent.

Whilst we were on the 10th floor, if you were lower your view is of a big building directly in front of the hotel, you would see that and nothing else. Or the back of the hotel is a train line. The bathroom is way to small for the size of the room, and water went everywhere as it was a small walk in shower without a door. The breakfast was very average to be honest and had minimal selection. I would have expected a lot more for the price of the rooms.

Pool was smaller than expected. Bars closed pretty early.

Close to Southbank

The location to everything in Southbank is exceptional! Far enough away to not have the noise but close enough to walk down and appreciate everything that’s going on in Southbank. The hotel is in such a fantastic location for exploring and going into the CBD. The room is reasonably sized with a very comfortable bed and lovely linen. The hotel reception is modern and open with the staff being very helpful and friendly. Would return here in a heartbeat!

Aircon problem in our room - cooler in the corridor (reported to reception and staff incredibly apologetic). Room service not 24hrs so if you get back from a big night, options not available in house for food.
