I am 75 and my room, 32 , was up 7 flights of stairs. I could have changed the room but at a cost of £85

The location for a wedding was great. The dog friendly rooms were nice and the staff were so lovely and friendly.
The spa wasn’t included.
Also as half of the breakfast menu is a kind of Benedict it would be good if the chefs could poach an egg properly, they were all overcooked

Food was very nice
I think that the use of the swimming pool and sauna should be included in all stays and not as an added extra.
