Stunning property. The breakfast and restaurant were great. The lake is so clean and beautiful, though a little cold!
The room was as advertised, though felt smaller in person. We didn't realize there wasn't air conditioning, so were extremely hot and uncomfortable at night since it was high 80s during our stay.

Beautiful location in the water, immaculately clean everywhere, amazing restaurants (food and service), and sauna and outdoor jacuzzi for relaxation. We loved everything and had a wonderful experience. Oh and the view over Lake Lucern and mountains 😍
There wasn't a single thing that I would change.

We had a wonderful stay with a stunning view of Lake Luzern! Louis at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was a fantastic way to kick off our day.

Our room was large, as was the bath.
The breakfast offerings were repetitive. Many things were not labeled. More fresh fruit was needed. Cooked choices could have been better had they not contained so much salt and had they been accurate to what we requested. While the hotel appeared to be exclusive and expensive, its breakfast buffet did not measure up to those standards.
