The hotel was absolutely wonderful, right down to the smallest details. The staff were so attentive, and everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding! I highly recommend it.
We were only there for a quick trip to see Shakira in concert, but I wish we could have stayed a few more days. We had such a fantastic time!

The friendliness of the staff and the hotel's location
It's a recently renovated hotel, but in my opinion some details could have been better thought out. I'm repeatedly given rooms facing the interior when I book through Booking.com, despite having reserved a superior room. I can't understand why...

The location is excellent; it was quiet and charming, and everything we needed. Staying here felt less touristy than in other areas, and the street it is located on has so much to offer

We liked the location - There were plenty of good cafe and restaurant options nearby, and a it was a short walk away from Retiro park - where we wanted to be.
It smelled like an animal had died in the AC air vents and they were masking it with air fresheners - It is extremely off putting when you walk in to the reception. The room was ok but occasionally smelled too
