Location, design, friendly staff

Breakfast buffet was limited with no fresh juices. Room was not serviced in 4 days, we had to call for towels, bathroom not cleaned. Beds not made up or bedding changed, we had to request coffee and milk in room. However the staff that we dealt with were great and the rest of the hotel was clean and well serviced

the view was great, good value for parking and a decent walk to the hill. Super clean and gorgeous interior, always saw housekeeping staff around getting work done. The restaurant and cafe were convenient, it was amazing having access to everything. I did not order room service but next time, I plan on it! I checked in and out with the MOD and he was knowledgable and kind, and provided us with many complimentary items (cookies, laundry bags) making us feel special, even though every guest receives these items. Great price for the location, cleanliness, and parking was a good deal!

I wish the facilities (pool, hot tub, sauna) were open even until 11pm. Check-in being so late at 4pm doesn't really provide enough time to make use of the facilities such as massages, manicures, etc., I would have loved to but of course we only got the hotel to sleep because we came to the city for events, but if check in was earlier then I would have had time to kill and would have loved to utilize those facilities.

It is always clean. The view of the attactions was fine and enjoyed the fireworks

Disappointed with the air conditioning. The display was only showing fan. I put it on high fan and 72 but it was not cooling down. There didn't seem to be an a/c display button. Shouldn't be difficult. Too late to call front desk ( midnight) to get it fixed or even move. Next day the staff didn't seem surprised or appologetic, it was "why didn't I call down". We were only there for 1 night and just wanted to relax and not be interuptted by staff.
