Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel

The best feature was the view of the river and falls from our 17th floor room. The location was convenient to restaurants, particularly a few in the same building as our rental. The room was clean and the bed was confortable.

Paying for hotel parking seems pretty common in these hotels near the falls. We paid $35/day for a space in a public lot across the street. Didn’t want to pay twice that for valet parking onsite.

The hotel itself was clean & is connected to the casino/Fallsview. Seemed it have lots of amenities.

The parking situation is brutal. On-site parking is $70 per night, and it’s not even underground parking. For that price, I would expect a much better setup. The breakfast options are also disappointing. The only sit-down option in the hotel is IHOP, and the prices are ridiculously inflated compared to what you would normally pay elsewhere. Honestly, everything at the hotel seemed to be double the price of what it should be or what you’d pay in the real world. For the amount you’re paying to stay here, I expected much more. The extra costs for basic things like parking and breakfast really add up and made the overall experience feel poor value.
