I have asked for handicapped accessible room but washroom didnt have a chair to sit it while bathing. In the picture while booking shows seat in the shower, but nothing in the room they given us.

No hot water, Maintenance banging on pipes early morning, Dead bolt on entry door stuck in latched positioning morning. Could have been catastrophic in case of an emergency.

Connected with the indoor path to the casino which is awesome for the cold winter.

Wifi is not working / extra pay for the parking even though you are staying / elevator is not working at that moment so need to use the stairs

Ridiculous fee for Parking 35 or 70 is the option yet 2 steps down its 15$ or 20$ at least do your research around the neighborhood and the 70 is something you an get away with if you want to set your own price but across the road for 35? lol rediculous loses credibility of your organization when you try to price gauge where consumer has other options

The unexpected extra charges. When I went to check out, there were extra charges that I was not told about in advance, nor was there any discussion about when I asked about them.

Room wasn’t clean the shower curtain had blood on it.was moved to different room because of this but this room was loud and heard knocking all night.horrible experience.

Check in process was long, disorganized etc. I asked for rooms side by side when I booked it and we didn’t get that. A few doors down. We also had a microwave on the floor. Shower faucet was loose. The view was of a parking garage. Couldn’t pay by debit unless you want to put down a $300 deposit!

Thought the hotel was absolutely fabulous. Everything was clean and very accessible. Either traveling with family or making it a romantic get away. Loved the fun house and pool.

The cost of the meals in the hotel were very pricey. Not worth it.

We booked the Junior Presidential Suite and it was confirmed the day before, upon arrival the next day it wasn't available which was very upsetting. Also we wanted to pay for on deck parking which because of the room not being available they waved the fee. Only to send us across the street instead.

This hotel is beautiful. The room was gorgeous, very spacious, with a view to the falls. The bed was huge and very comfortable, big screen TV. I was sad to only stay one night. The walk to the falls is about 10 minutes. The staff was wonderful as well.

I loved everything about the hotel, however there is an Ihop restaurant inside the hotel, which is terrible. Do not eat there, the worse food ever and very, very expensive.

Reserved King bed months and months before stay only to be told at check in that none available due to a maintenance issue. Checked in at 4 pm and offered to wait for next available king room and not one room would be available for the rest of the night. We were provided a 2 Queen room on a higher floor at the same price and given free parking. The queen room only had one chair in it. The only place to sit together was on the bed. The air conditioner was so noisy that you could barely hear when it was running. It woke us up during the night as it turned off and on, resulting in a very disruptive sleep. For over $500/night (tax in), I expected more.

Location to all activities. Food options inside hotel. Friendly staff. Room view for falls was great. Room came with refrigerator and microwave. Bottled water was complimentary. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel store only open on Saturday. Bathroom is not functional: Had huge soaking tube that took up too much space with doors that opened into bedroom; not enough counter area for toiletries for more than one person, no magnified lighted mirror, 2 ppl can’t use mirror at same time, only sink was slow to drain, old ceramic tile grout needed deep cleaning for blackened areas. No outlet source by nightstands to plug in cell. No clock for quick time reference.

Loved the location, its access to so many wonderful venues, and access to a pool and gym. A couple of points to make, the parking is a little steep, but understand the reason. What I do not understand is how a big-name hotel would not offer a breakfast option as this will likely be a deal breaker next time had it not been for the breakfast buffet across the street.

The pool is a much need relief for my aching and aging body after a day of walking and more. With 30 minutes remaining before closing, the last thing I would expect is a pool full of high-strung, disrespectful kids running amok of the place while their parents did nothing. Please limit children under 16 to before 8 pm only. Us adults do need some peace and quiet time as well. The air conditioning unit was malfunctioning and could not get the temp to go down to the thermostats settings.

I didn't stayed at Sheraton four points. They relocated me to the Towel hotel.

The last minute changed to a hotel that I am not familiar with. They invited us to use the swimming pool and exercise room at the Four point hotel but it is kind of far so I didn't end up using it.

they cancelled my reservation , said a big event extended their stay, no rooms available!!

I never got there, I had a 80 year old who was so looking forward to going there!! They simple did not care. wanted to book me elsewhere but a disabled 80 year old wanted only to visit there before she died. very sad and disappointing situation!!
