WE booked a Junior Suite and when we checked in we were told there was no junior suites available - we were given what we were told was an upgrade but it had 2 queen beds instead of one KIng and also the bathroom was a shower over bath - not a walk in shower and no spa bath . The view was however incredible.

The front desk staff need more training. Our friends checked out before us on the last morning and he gave our friends our room account to look at and then when I asked or it he said he had already given it out and was almost refusing to give me a copy - I also question GDPR on this as the account details were mine and he did not check with me if it was ok to hand out to someone else .

Pay the extra for the falls view! It is worth it. I stayed on the 14th floor which wasn't the highest but had an amazing view right from our room. See pics on this review. Location wise, it is towards the northern end of the Falls strip so if you wanted to be a shorter walking distance to some restaurants then this may not be the best spot but you have to choose one I guess. The room was your standard two bedroom option. My family of 4 adults stayed comfortably. We did not participate in the restaurant as there were many other affordable options nearby.

During our stay there seemed to have been some construction going on and carpet was being ripped out while guests were present. This in my opinion was a poor decision by management to do that as that was some old carpet with tons of dust, mildew and who knows what else. I also found that some of the seating areas were not cleaned as fast as they should - but then again, maybe guests shouldn't be that dirty...
