Amazing customer service, they transferred my booking to Hilton and provided me with the most comfortable stay.

The location is very good, convenient.
The air condition couldn’t be controlled the temperature. Room facilities not good, toilet flushing has problem, difficult to turn on the floor lamp. Tried to call the floor service or receptionist, no one pick up the phone.

Great location
The guys that checked up in had no clue of what he was talking about. The room had no wash clothes

The location and it was clean
The price was too expensive and I paid extra for the parking and no breakfast was included which was very disappointed as I stayed in one of the two bedroom suites. For pretty much the same price I stayed to a another hotel last year; where the parking and breakfast was included. In addition the rooms were much better
