Lovely pub with rooms. Room was double, clean, lovely toiletries, shower, quiet. Pub food was delicious. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was really tasty (and a decent portion, plus the continental bits you can help yourself to).

The food was very nice. We enjoyed having a restaurant on site that served excellent dinner choices. The bar sold us a bottle of wine to take on a walk/picnic. We felt that the staff wanted to ensure good service for us.

The breakfast was wonderful and the service was great. Almost all the staff were really kind, helpful and friendly.
The member of staff who welcomed us wasn't too friendly which was off-putting at first. We warmed to the place as he was very much the exception, as all the other staff were great.

Our room was lovely, the style and ambience was great.
The bread was awful which made the breakfast very disappointing! Also, the breakfast was advertised as being available until 11.00 a.m. which was not the case.
