the property went to extra length to ensure “All inclusive”. wonderful property.

we were in D block and the bathroom had a very awful, repulsive smell that soured the whole room. i made complaints multiple times but despite the assurance from the reception nobody came.

Food and facilities were excellent. The staff were helpful and ready to do service. programs were also entertaining. Above all, the hotel was clean and had a lively vibe.

This hotel's facilities are mainly for families. I do not recommend it to young couples with no children. August and early September is really crowded. we did not like the noise and crowd during food time. It was also hard to find free sun-beds around the pools after 9am.

be careful about the photographer scam they come to the pool area take pictures refuse to give a price and ask you to come to office later where you will find a rude guy who just want to rip you off he said to us “stop thinking to much and just pay” when we complained about the fact that you pay for 10€ per photo print but if you want to get it also in mail or in any digital form you should pay extra 15€ total of 25€ we felt scammed and offended from the guy rudeness in general all the shops in the ground floor see you as a walking euro bill the prices are x10 compared to the stores in Lara which are 10 min walking distance

Snack Bars Pools Beach This establishment is better suited for people with younger kids as they had some fun things to do for younger kids such as a kids club

The rooms were smaller than expected. When people say sofa bed, I was expecting a sofa that converts into a bed, instead it was a sofa you could use as a bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. The buffet food was ok. The a la carte restaurants were worst than the buffet. The food was plated too early and often was cold. The housekeeping staff could have done a better job cleaning my room. i had an incident (let’s just leave it at that) which I was very disappointed by the way it was handled by managing. Customer satisfaction could have been a higher priority. This was meant to be a 5 star resort and honestly apart from the aesthetics and facility, my overall stay was disappointing. Coming from the states, I am use to a higher level of customer support, satisfaction and comfort and I didn’t find that at the Delphi.
