I needed a home that was near my son's application and this home was perfect. Communication with the owner was good from day one. The home was perfect for what we needed. The location was near Albertsons, Target and Walmart. Near local restaurants and easy to get to the strip. I would definitely book again.

We were in Vegas because my daughter has friends there. I played chaperone to her and her 5 friends. This house was perfect for that. The house is conveniently located right next to a grocery store and it’s very easy to get to any location you need. We explored China Town, went to the Fashion mall, etc.. Brandon was very easy to communicate with as well. For our taste, the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We registered as a party of 10 and there was only placesettings for 10 and 5 chairs around the countertop (one was aside and broken). No canopener. Carpet upstairs dirtied our socks. Sharp object on stair carpet cut bottom of child’s foot. No directions on heating system—it was 77 degrees in morning and we couldn’t turn it down. Grill grates dirty from last use. Coffee filter had old grounds left in pit upon arrival.

The house is in a nice neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip but close enough to go there within a few minutes. A very roomy home with nice appliances as well. Would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for the needs of my group -- close enough to the airport and strip but also only 20 minutes from world class mountain biking trails in Blue Diamond and only 30 minutes from Red Rock canyon. We really appreciated the fact that there were six beds, and all were confirmed to be comfortable! Brandon was very communicative and helpful, as well. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for daughter's soccer tournament. House was just as advertised. Check in and communication with host was super easy. No problems. Huge Kitchen and family area with plenty of dishes etc, bedrooms all upstairs. House is a bit far out from strip, but easy access to Blue Diamond and freeways, so easy to get to strip or anywhere else in town. Recommend Babystacks down the road for breakfast - nice people and good breakfast food. What you see online is what you get with the house - can't ask for more than that.

Had a great stay that exceded our expectations. Communication was prompt and courteous. The space was laid out great to easily spend time with friends and family. This will remain high on the options list for out next stay in Las Vegas.

Will definitely recommend staying here. Entire house was very accommodating. Conveniently close to Albertson and Target and other stores. Quick drive to the strip and The Orleans where we had our competition. House was equipped with everything needed. Brandon was great and even went out of his way to ship back something my mom left behind. Will definitely book again !!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s property. Close to everything and plenty of space for the 3 of us that stayed there. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again next time we are in Vegas!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great for us and the house was clean and it was as advertised on the website. Brandon was very responsive when we had questions which made everything easier. Parking is limited, two cars fit in the driveway, any other parking had to be around the corner which was a bit of a problem for us. We could have used some more complete written instructions when we arrived, like parking instructions, thermostat instructions, garbage info etc. That would have made things easier. Also, we were there over Thanksgiving weekend and we did do a little cooking. The kitchen had a lot of stuff, but not some basics that we needed, measuring cups and spoons, etc. I feel like the cupboards and drawers need to be cleaned out of stuff that has been collected and just make sure some important things are there. We had a good weekend!

Overall stay was great. Might upgrade bedding at some point, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Close to all of the necessities and a short drive to the strip. Great communication. Would definitely book again.

Property was as advertised, very clean, spacious, and had plenty of bedrooms for our group's visit to Vegas for our football game. Initially had to figure out how to operate television and cable, but eventually got ut figured out (Operation instructions would be a suggestion). Communication w owner was great. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommend!!!
