It fulfilled our needs for an overnight stay

Breakfast was enjoyable. We ate to our heart's content.

1. We waited for at least 15 mins for the iron to be provided, after I struggled to get hold of reception via the landline. 2. The hot water shower had ran out by the second time it was used in the afternoon. In the morning there was (perhaps this was because there was a time delay of use whereas the day before it was immediate use after the other?)

Overall good experience!

Neat rooms that are spacious Refrigerator did not work - but it was fixed as soon as we asked Staff was very friendly and helpful

Additional payment for is unnecessary since we already pay for the stay Breakfast could have more options for the room price

Neat beds Neat bathroom Soundproof windows Nice mezzanine floor and entrance Nice carpet on the corridors of the apartment Fast lifts

Hot water system seem to be slow in heating in the early hours of the morning and evening, perhaps due to the number of occupants. Twin beds are too small... check twin bed from Holiday in Express CBD, room 1115. Lighting in room makes it difficult for occupants to control lights to meet their needs without disturbing the other person.

It was good for the price but the service could've been better.

I liked the location, it's close to the waterfront area. The place was also clean. Wifi was fast and the check in/check out process was done smoothly.

Rooms were okay but they didn't give us new bathroom products such as the soap or shampoo/conditioner. There wasn't many breakfast options on the menu. Although the hotel has no smoking policies, there were guests smoking on our floor.

staff were not open about the current poor hot water supply problem, which soured years of satisfaction with the hotel. Breakfast offer is also always disappointing.

Wonderful stay

Wendy was amazing to allow us an early check in which we desperately needed as we had to get ready and rush out for my graduation. The room had the most stunning 180 degree view of the city which was pretty amazing. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of meals which we enjoyed. There is loadshedding backup . The shower looked nice and almost new like it'd just been installed- which made gave a nicely hygienic feel. I had dropped a container with my many sets of sentimental earrings when I checked out. I realized the following day and when I called everyone from reception to housekeeping was very helpful and assisted in getting my jewellery back to me in order. I cannot mention them all by names but I was very pleased with the overall service, thank you truly.

Overall pleasant

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The room was compact but comfortable, the view was exceptional. We liked the safe basement parking.

We had no hot water in our room during the night we spent in the hotel. The staff that checked us in gave the minimal amount of information. There was no WiFi in the hotel?

Horrible Service Never Again

nothing admirable just views of table mountain this place can’t get anymore worse.

Very noisy extremely uncomfortable slamming doors 24/7 showers with no pressure at all no drainage system totally blocked. Breakfast sorry to say but pets at home are better served than their breakfast. food and drinks both temperature are extremely over Juicy are almost frozen food is about to burn nobody cares. zero organisation. Never Again
